Name: Floral Release
Components: Water / Earth
Appearance: The conjuring of flowers that may spread or vine within the area of its technique. There is no limitation to its beauty in appearance.

Backstory: Some shamans within the Rentei clan furthered their expertise and obtained the use of a new element, one that was a rarity in the shinobi world. The shaman could induce their talents into a different form by combining their water element with earth—a form of floral wonders.

These seemingly fragile forms became another way shamans could exercise their genjutsu and healing abilities.

How it is used:

Floral release may be used for either medical or genjutsu-generated techniques. The pheromones of the flowers can be Chakra-induced, so the fragrance becomes the genjutsu trigger.
The bright visuals of the blossoms can also be a possible trigger.

Floral release may also fall within the Ninjutsu category as a destructive means.  The Viney forage can provide a corrosion effect or a defensive barrier.


Special Traits:

- Capable of triggering genjutsu by either smell or visual means


- Users or Summons with heightened senses (or more sensitive sense of smell) will receive a disadvantage to the power check 20 against their targeted stat regarding the genjutsu floral.

- Ninjutsu-induced floral with the effect of corrosion will have an advantage against earth or stone element jutsu when clashing.
