Skill Name: Sound puppetry
Appearance: the user uses sound, melody, music and notes as an alternative to chakra strings for moving his puppets.
Backstory: As a musical ninja, Mubu is strongly tied to his musicality. His puppets being his art style as much as his music, he combined the two to create something not only wonderful for shows and theater, but for combat as well.
Effect: With this skill, the threads normally used to control puppets can be replaced by the sound of something, typically an instrument or the singing or whistling of the puppeteer. This permits the usage of puppets as seemingly animated by themselves, and the chakra threads cannot be severed in this manner. This skill still follows the basic rules of chakra threads, and cannot give more control than the threads could normally do, nor could it give more range. It only permits an alternative way of doing the same and removes the possibility of chakra threads being severed. The only caveat is that, instead of severing the threads, an individual who wants to sever the link between the puppeteer and its puppets would need to silence him or his sounds, by jutsu techniques or other means.

So unfortunately after reviewing this app, it will be Trial Denied on the basis that since the system just became fully fleshed out, this skill definitely seems like it's something to partially avoid bits and pieces of those guidelines. Furthermore, while skills like Demonic Flute, Gen Sound Adaptation, and Whistle Trigger all exist, a sound based puppetry control mechanic would unfortunately be too strong; at least in this iteration of it being a skill. You can try making this into a tech, but there would still need to be a lot of work on it, the big one I'll give right off the bat is, it would be a tech that has to focus on a specific type of puppet, so for example, it could say, only effect Bruiser Type puppets. Some other things to keep in mind if you remake this; customs, which are any technique gated behind character exclusivity of some kind, aren't allowed for D Ranks either, so if it's something you'd wanna pick up right away, keep this in mind
