Gonk was dismayed when Kasumi never showed up, but enjoyed the dinner regardless. Gonk was happy to see that the kid they rescued was doing fine, and he chatted with him and the rest of the group throughout the dinner. Junko seemed oddly reserved once they started the dinner, but Gonk didn’t think much of it. She was incredibly sweet to him, and Gonk loved the attention he was getting from both her and Seiki. When the dinner was over, Gonk thanked the hosts profusely before making the walk back to his home. When he arrived at his apartment building he walked up to Wakame’s apartment and knocked on the door.
“Hi Gonk, how did the dinner go?” Wakame asked as he opened the door.
“It was good,” Gonk told him. “Do you want me to come in and give you your suit back?”
“No, you keep it,” Wakame said with a smile, “It suits you. Plus it doesn’t fit me anyways.”
“Are you sure?” Gonk asked, to which Wakame nodded. “Alright then, goodnight!”
“Goodnight Gonk,” Wakame said smiling as he gently closed the door. Gonk then walked into his apartment. Gonk carefully hung the suit up before taking a shower and going to bed.
