Just waiting

The summit was still in progress, the many people awaiting it's conclusion resided outside it's location. There were a sea of people just waiting. Peace or war, were the only two options. Katsuragi was among the crowd, just as curious. The decision made today would ripple through the future for many years to come. "What of it..", he said. His pockets stuffed with his hands as he waited like the zombies around him. Katsuragi's attire consisted of a thin black jacket, which underneath he wore a solid white shirt. His pants were a pair of black jeans. His boots also being solid black with an emblem labeled "EU", it's made of metal stitched to the tongue of the boots. His hair, still vivid, was a solid dark purple at ear's length. His tools and such were all assorted evenly along his attire, given no hint to their whereabouts. Among other attire, katsuragi could see the influences of other villages, their styles and such. Katsuragi took note of al this. He was in a sea of culture. It was good to be exposed to all this, it kept one from becoming too closed minded; which was a very bad thing. nevertheless, he simply waited. "What will it be"
