Waiting for friends. [P/NK]

Kuro sighed as he sat around not far from the academy. He didn't really feel like hanging out too close to it. He wanted to make friends yeah but... he kept recalling the difficulties with Genin from Yuki getting attacked. Being around a place where strong ninja were teaching younger ones... he got anxious. He looked to his left at Vixie who sat next to him, and smiled. "I'm a little worried about you getting cold back home... but you have a lot of fur. I'll knit you a sweater or something if I have to." He patted her head and got to his feet. "Let's have a race. You try to catch me." Kuro started running, to give himself a head start and motioned to her. "Come on Vixie, come get me! I'll get you some food if you do!" 

The fox wasn't really good with commands yet, but with his encouraging hand motions, running and the word "food", she came running after him. Kuro grinned when he saw her start chasing him and began running around building and things, slowly circling the Academy while Vixie followed after him. Kuro thought he was doing well, only to realize Vixie was right at his heels, keeping up easily. "Well aren't you a quick one?" Kuro continued running until he reached the point where they had started. "Ok, so you can keep up pretty well, let's see how good you are at figuring tricks out." He took a few steps from her, getting a confused head tilt in response. Wordlessly Kuro performed the necessary hand seals and summoned up two water clones and pulled out a biscuit. Turning his hand to water, he let the biscuit sink into him and began shuffling himself up with his clones. At one point a clone got in Vixie's face and stuck his tongue out at her, causing the vixen to lean her head back in worried confusion. Kuro laughed and finally stopped running around with the clones. "All right Vixie, come get your biscuit! Which one of us has it?" 

Vixie stared at the Kuro's then approached with her nose twitching as she sniffed each of them in turn. It was more than simple for an animal with her caliber of smell, while the clones had almost no scent at all, Kuro himself had that faint smell of food on his clothes. Vixie pounced on him, causing him to fall down laughing as he gave up the treat and let his clones melt. "Good girl!"
