Roaming Haven country

Akihisa walked around Haven country looking for the lizard. Akihisa found many different ingredients he checked all around. He ended up looking around the outskirts of Hoshigakure. He found a bandit site 'easy peasy' their was two bandits they ran at Akihisa skillfully caught their makeshift weapons and slit their throats he found nothing except for 10 ryo. When he found that their was nothing in the area. He left sheathing his katana. He went deeper into the surroundings of hoshi. That's where he found him

Invasion 

Thor was walking the outskirts of haven county scouting out the area for his mission tomorrow. He had heard little of the jaws of grima that the mission was tailored to defeating but then again he was rather knew. He had his five kuni straped to his belt and his five shuriken in a pouch on his hip. He was slowly looking and then he saw a young boy possibly as old as him but he doubted it. He slowly walked up about 5 meters away from the boy then looked at him. Directly into his eyes his strange eyes, they were rather famous but he had never personally seen them. Then he started to think what he should do. He wasn’t a village ninja so Thor should iliminate him. 

He was around 5 meters away from the boy when he started to get to work. He wove the tiger handsign and froze the boy. If he froze Thor would throw 2 kuni in an arc towards his head avoiding his eyes. If they hit then they would pierce his ears and kill him instantly.

If he didn’t freeze Thor would shoot 4 5 meter threads at a speed of 50. Towards the boys chest trying to rip his heart out.

Akihisa saw thorfinn weaving a tiger sighn and he froze he expelled a ton of chakra to unfreeze and then jumped up to avoid some kunai. While midair Akihisa pulled out his katana and jumped at Thorfinn If he dodged his kick he would block with his sword, if he blocked Akihisa would try a jab at the leg with his katana.

Due to the boys low strength ( you need at least a 15 bud you have a 4) he was frozen and then the kuni peirced his skull killing the boy.

Thor then ripped the boys heart out of his chest still beating and absorbed it slowly starting to learn how to use the new element. He also ripped the boys eyes out and put them into a small jar..

It was another day for the Young Hikari as she walked through the lands of Hoshigakure.... the Jounin had traveled quite a little ways from the village. The desert was a vast and large, so much to look at.... it was honeslty kind of draining. After looking around for some time, Hikari made her way to a familiar hill which rose a good bit off the ground.... about 30 meters in total, and Gave Hikari a good view of the land. Realizing that would make her job alot quicker and easier, the Jounin made her way to the top of the hill... slowly climbing the mountain due to the fact that the sand made it slippery and hard to walk. Once the woman rose to the top of the hill she would look around, searching for any large army or something that would pose a threat to her or her village. To her surprise, about 90 meters away, (and 30 meters down, useing the A^2 + B^2 = C^2, you can find the exact distance if you want.) the girl would see a Hoshi Ninja (Which Hikari would be able to identify by his headband) Approching another person.... who looked like he was searching for something on the ground.... Hikari wasn't sure, maybe for an animal or something? Prehaps a water source, seeing how it was a hot day. The Hoshi Ninja approached the young traveler.... and Hikari's heart melted.... was... was the boy going to offer help to a random stranger on the side of the road? Was the boy going to be a good samaritan? Watching from what would be the Hoshi shinobi's 4:30, (Behind him and to the right a bit, so it would be pretty much impossible for the genin to realize that she was there.) the Jouin would take notes as to how the boy prepared to help the traveler.... he came closer... closer... till he was about 5 meters away and........

Would look on in shock as the boy made the sign of the tiger, and freeze up the other boy's movements..... before the young Hoshi genin would attack the traveler, ending his life instantly... cold bloodily, and with no provocation... Hikari would look on in shock as the Hoshi ninja would do this.... a ninja from the land of peace.... a ninja who was sworn to protect the innocents..... just coldbloodedly executed another human being.... why.... why... why!?


Dissolving into a thousand butterflies, Hikari would reappear about 20 meters on the ground in front of of the EGF user, as threads started to protrude from the boy's body and was about to dissect the body.....

Making her presences known, the chestnut haired girl would demand the following. "What are you doing!? This boy..... why did you attack him? He made no sudden movements and posed no threat what so ever.... and what the heck are those things coming out of you!"

I apologize for the lateness of this ruling, but I had to get all my ducks in a row and check my sources before making a call one way or the other.

To make a long story exceedingly short: this thread is voided on grounds of metagaming and toxicity. We do not, I repeat not, take advantage of new players in this manner through means of manipulation or otherwise. My understanding is that Thorfinn talked with Akihisa out of character convincing him to join the Hyuuga clan and come to Hoshi with the stated intention of helping him rank up, which in and of itself is relatively benign. However, he did so in bad faith with the hope of profiting off of a new member's trust by betraying it and looting his body. (Toxicity, rule 29 in basic rules)

Here is where much of the metagaming lies: there is no indication that Thor knew these were byakugan in character. Yet, he removes them and carefully puts them in a jar—using out of character knowledge to an unfair advantage in character. (Metagaming, rule 16 in basic rules)

To clarify a void here means this thread did not happen; Akihisa is alive, Thor does not retain any loot, and Hikari does not mete out well-timed justice. This will also be Thor's first warning, next time something of this nature takes place he will face more stringent measures.

Now, with that out of the way, I would like to speak to Akihisa directly:

I'll echo the sentiments you are no doubt receiving in private messages, my sincerest apologies. I hope you'll stick around to find out we aren't all bad here. We might go at it in-character from time-to-time, but out of character we are a community to the core and your experience is by no means the norm here on nrpg. That said, I do understand if you don't much feel like continuing on with us here. So, whatever you might choose, I wish you luck and am willing to lend a helping hand wherever necessary if I am able.
