Jounin Exams, Post here to go to Suna

Kurisu had finally gotten the okay to send the contestants to Sunagakure no Sato for the next part of the Jounin Exams. One of the village Jounin would escort the ninja to Suna and so there was a Jounin standing at the gates waiting for the participants to arrive.

The day had finally came. The young Uchiha had been packed and ready to go for days now after finding out he had passed the first part of the Jounin exams. Now there was a Jounin waiting for him and the other participants at the gates of Konoha in anticipation of heading to Suna for the second part of the exam. It didn't take long for Jace to arrive, his backpack full of his necessities, his umbrella strapped firmly to the top horizontally. His flute was tucked safely in his weapons pouch. Everything was set and he was ready to get this show on the road.

upon the arrival of the notice yen was cleanly refolding his spare cloaks and  finishing placing a fresh straw hat in his decent baggage. though it looked like much it was surprisingly light as within the container was not very much. spare food. a sauce pan some seasoning, few herbs, and further more cloaks. as well as a nice wooden container which held a set of nice ties. in the end though yen slowly approached the designated area eye patch fresh and though aching he was ready and willing.

Ayame rushed back to her tree and packed her bag full off the necessities and her little stash of money she had been saving. maybe she could find some cool weapons in the sand or something.

Making sure everything was in order, including her sunscreen and plenty of seeds and food in bags for Nita, she walked to the gates, fully aware that she could die and this might be the last time she would see the leaf.

Once she got to the gates she noticed the Jounin guide and two of the boys she had tested with, and surpassed in that category, one of which was her sensei, and the other who was a closer friend of Orokanas than she would ever be.

None of her so-called "friends" were there to see her off, so a deep-rooted sense of loneliness began to seep under her skin and make her feel inferior.

So, she kept her head down and kept quiet, awaiting the travel, and no longer excited to see suna. she was more afraid as this deadly truth finally sunk in. She really hoped that once they were there, this feeling of dread and impending doom would change. For her sake, and her future teammates.

Maloren awoke that morning to find himself in an extremely anxious mood. Today was the day they'd leave for Suna with a jonin escort to continue the exams. He cracked his neck after stretching and stood to get dressed. He changed into his usual gear of his brown t-shirt, cargo pants, and necklace, which he kept safely tucked in his shirt. He proceeded to move to the foot of the bed and grab the pack that was sitting against it before moving downstairs for breakfast. 

After eating a good breakfast including eggs, bacon, toast, and juice he moved toward the gate to prepare for departure. At his arrivals he noticed a few of the other contestants had already arrived, he noticed Jace straight away, but he was the only one he knew by name. The others he recognized from the first exam. He nodded toward Jace, but moved to lean against the village gate, content to wait for the arrival of the others in quiet contemplation of what was to come.

The day had finally arrived. The Jonin exams were starting up once more. It had been quite some time since the written exam has taken place and since then, Queen hadn’t been able to do as much training as she hoped. Her father had her busy doing business with the many companies within Konoha’s walls, and even starting to contact small family business outside the walls of Konoha and even in neighbouring nations. While Queen thought it was a strategic move from her father to hinder her training for the exams, she still felt rather ready.

Queen’s attire was a little bit different than her usual go to outfit. She wore a white cropped tank top that showed off her toned abs and a pair of grey sporty legging with a black stripe that went up the side of her leg. She knew that where they were headed, she should be prepared for the different climate. The Chunin grabbed the ninjato that sat near the edge of her desk and strapped it horizontally around her lower back. She opened her desk drawer and pulled out three hair bands and put them on her left wrist in order to tie her hair back later on. She grabbed the rest of the things she needed, most of it being in a dark yellow knapsack that she there over her back. With that, she headed out of the Yamano mansion without even saying goodbye to her father.

Upon arriving at the gates, Queen realized she was the fifth to arrive of her competitors. Amongst those who had already arrived was Jace, Ayame, and Maloren, all familiar faces. She wasn’t too familiar with the other so she’d make sure to keep tabs on the male. “Hey Jace, it feels like it’s been a while.” Rei spoke in a light tone, one that she didn’t quite use with most. “You ready for the next stage?” A warm expression coloured her face as she spoke. Jace was truly one of the only people in the village she enjoyed being around. She briefly turned towards Maloren and Ayame, two of the Genin of the competition. She didn’t expect Ayame to make it quite far in the exams due to prior experience Queen had with the girl, but she did score rather high in the written test so she must have something that the higher ups are looking for. Maybe a nice desk job, or teaching the students and the academy would fit her nicely if she did receive the promotion. Maloren on the other hand had some potential, and now that Rei knew that they were probably related, she felt a sudden need to get closer to her once teammate. All in all, it was time to get things started once more and only the future could tell what came next.

Some hadn't shown up, but that did not meaning that everyone was going to wait around. Ample time had passed and so it was time to go meet up with the the others in Suna. The Jounin assigned to the escort looked around at those who had arrived. "Its time."

With that they would all head off and leave to continue the Jounin Exams.

oro got all his things he needed ready, some clothes food and his weapon. he packed his book. so he could study while he is at suna. he didnt know much about that place other then it was sandy. and hot, and very little water, he sighed as he made his way out of the gates and followed close after the group. just in case something would happen if he was alone out side of the village.

Salzem had been gone for the longest time, taking out his deepest fears, angers and pains out on the most intense training he could put himself under. He had faced his demons, fought through his agony and dealt with the losses he had accumulated throughout his life as a ninja... Every friend he had lost, every mentor that had been slain, his disdain for the leaf and his fellow ninja all crumpled beneath his fists. For the first time in as long as he could remember, he felt at peace... It was a magical feeling.... No burning angers in his head, no chilling ice in his stomach... nothing that would keep him from being the best man he could be...

Now, he had the chance to prove what he had accomplished... With the jounin exam deadline reaching it's end, the black-haired ninja made a last-minute decision to enter, to prove how strong he had become in both body and spirit. The rank itself was a mere token... what he was looking forward to was reintroducing himself to his old friends, to assert himself as a ninja who had regained control over his life and his emotions. Outbursts like what happened in the graveyard or what he did to Oro would not happen again... He was certain of it even if others did not. With his gear tightly packed with nothing but the essentials, the young ninja made his way out into Suna's gates, nervous, but also somewhat excited, anticipating the challenges ahead.

After rushing home to grab her prepacked bag, Love went to her fridge and grabbed three bottles of water and a snack for the trip to Suna. She then wrote a quick note to her parents reminding them that she'd be gone for few days. Once she sighed her name on the note Love headed out of the door, grabbing a pair of rose gold aviator sunglasses sitting on a table in the hall as she left.
