Loser Seeks

Kozata was finally ready. Since he would be using Mukou after a certain distance, he really had no need to pack a large amount of provisions. So, he heaved himself off of his bed and walked out, showing his permissions to the guards. Should he not be interrupted (by Altar, or anyone else for that matter), he would continue onwards and outwards to location beyond the sight of Kiri. Since he was, after all, a ninja of Kiri, he did the process of going through the storm barrier safely.

Altar was standing at the gates of Kirigakure, awaiting a certain boy. One Kozata Shinkou, a boy he had scarcely met before, upon leaving his old home of Tengakure. One of the few fellow Shinkou he knew of, Altar was happy in the knowledge they'd be traveling together. They were heading to the birthplace of their power, in order to enhance their own.

As the boy would walk towards the gate and the guards, a familiar voice would echo in Altar's head.

"Hmm, another of the Abyss. Finally, a single person in this village I can take to. Not like the usual droll inhabitants we see every day."

Ignoring Kalamity, Altar would raise his hand in the air, inform Kozata of his intention to travel with him, and promptly follow him out of the village.

Hmmm...? Someone was coming with him? Oh well, they could have introductions later. Kozata had already discovered the existence of the unique chakra within Altar, so he simply waved back and continued on his way, taking the guy with him.

"So, we both seek the same thing. Guess I'll have to go a bit slower, unless you want me to teleport us to a better location."

He'd make his offer because of Dio, rather than in spite of him.

Altar would shrug, the over analyist in him picking up any signals possible from Kozata. He wanted to trust the boy, they shared the same lineage. Yet, Altar knew better than to just trust anyone anymore. Besides, they were both from Kirigakure. The only loyalty that mattered there was to the Kage.

"Either way. We're getting to the same place no matter how we get there. No difference to me." Altar would say, shoving his hands in his pockets and striding alongside Kozata.

Having received permission, Kozata sighed in relief. This would make things much, much easier for him. He briefly considered trapping the guy in Mukou, but decided against it pretty quickly. That wouldn't be tactful, now would it? 

"Fine then." With that, he reached out, placing his hand on the man's shoulder... and they were gone.

Altar would let Kozata take his shoulder, feeling himself slip from one reality into the next for a brief moment
