A Crime-Free Konoha~

The Leader
Koaru emerged from the tree line and landed in a small clearing. The wind blew his long dreaded hair out of his face, while his signature hoodie with his clan crest fluttered behind him. After reaching a small boulder, the young genin leaned on it. He replayed the mission details the Hokage had given him while he rested. There would be a rendezvous between two large crime syndicates, Neo Gato Corporation, the revived smuggling company said to have had a hand in the destruction of Kirigakure, and Makina Lab Corps, a diminishing Akatsuki-run laboratory facility desperate to make a comeback. Of all places to hold such a meeting, the big cheeses themselves chose Konoha’s dense forest to plot and plan their future collaborations. It was to be expected that bodyguards would be there to protect the leaders, at least A rank.
Was Koaru really ready to take on such a vital mission? Koaru was still a genin, and though he had confidence in his ability as a shinobi, it would take more than that to come home from this mission successful. Koaru’s mission record was not the strongest, and he had never been left with such responsibility. He felt a small wave of doubt sprinkle over him. ‘Can I reall do this alo-‘ One thought interrupted another, scrambling his mind. That's right, Koaru would not be alone this time around. For this mission, Koaru was to be dispatched under another shinobi's command. Koaru recalled the last thing the Hokage had told him before Koaru’s departure.
“This mission will be your hardest one yet, and for that reason, I am sending you under the leadership of a certain shinobi. She is very skilled and experienced in missions, even of this nature. The two of you share similarities in personality, which leads me to believe that you will make an effective team. But Koaru, please. DO NOT let her beauty distract you from your task.”
Who was this ninja Navi spoke of? Koaru scratched his chin in curiosity as he awaited the arrivavl of his team captain.

We have intercepted and decoded a letter that shows where the leaders are meeting and when, and we also know that they have hired two A rank missing ninja to protect them during the meeting. Your job is to take down the ninja and bring the leaders in. These are A rank missing ninja with an arsenal of jutsu in their possession, so use these stats when planning your actions:

Ayumi walked down the streets of Konoha. She took a deep breath and looked around. Although she was already used to the scenery, she still had the urge to look around as it has become a habit, but hey, at least it’s not a bad one. She quickened her light steps as she was on a mission. How long has it been since she was on one? A year? Maybe more? Who knows. To be honest, she wasn't really in a mood to go on a mission as she was planning to train, but what could she do about it; it was an order from the Hokage after all. Though, she knew the Hokage personally as they used to be former teammates, she still knew she had to do the mission anyways. What is she even talking about? Guess randomness is washing over her today. She rolled her eyes and quickened her pace by a little bit. Hopefully she isn't late because apparently, she isn't going to the mission alone.
She stared into space wondering who her partner would be. Would it be a guy or a girl? Would he or she be nice? Is this person older or younger than her? Would he or sh- nah who cares. If she doesn't like her partner she could just teach him or her some manners or how other people would say as teach him or her a lesson; or better yet, she could just leave in the middle of the mission and totally ditch her partner. That seem to be more of what she would do. Her partner better watch out then. Lately, she could tell that she has been changing - personality-wise. She has become cold. Well whatever. Nobody cares anyways. Nobody would believe her if she say that she was a cold girl anyways.
Once arriving upon the forest, she looked around for her partner – whoever it might be. Ayumi jumped on a tree branch so that she could get a better view of the area. From what she could see, there was only one person there. From the look of the hair, it could be a guy or a girl.. but from the built, she was pretty sure it was a guy. He might be her partner, but he might also be some random shinobi who decided to train in the forest. Or maybe he was going on a walk or patrolling or something. She sat on a tree branch, swinging her legs back and forth, looking down at the shinobi. Guess she had to ask him what he was doing there. “Hey.. uh. You there.” She said awkwardly as she tried to keep her usual cold demeanor by settling into her usual poker face.

Koaru answered a call from a nearby person. His heart melted as the words Ayumi spoke entered one ear and exited through the other. A woman. Koaru spun on his heels to face her and observe her appearance. Koaru saw the dark haired girl, younger than he was, settled comfortably on a tree branch not too far from him. She wore a lovely blue blouse with a dark colored skirt with stockings. From where Koaru stood, he caught a glimpse of Ayumi’s undergarments as she kicked her legs back and forth. Koaru flew backwards, propelled by a stream of blood from his nose and bumped into the rock he was originally leaning on. He was the type to find immediate infatuation with any woman he met, and Ayumi would be no exception. Koaru though, understanding that he was still on an important mission, would eventually come to his senses and speak back to Ayumi, averting his eyes to be polite.
“Hello there. I am Koaru Garinado, reporting for duty. You must be the beautiful lady Navi sama placed in charge of this operation. I took the liberty of securing this place near the site the rendezvous will occur. Our targets are about two kilometers south east of here. What are you orders…”
Koaru left room at the end of his introduction for Ayumi to introduce herself, as Koaru still did not even know her name. So many questions would race through Koaru’s head while he awaited Ayumi’s response. She had a superior rank despite being a few years younger than Koaru. He only imagined how powerful she must be. Koaru also wondered what Ayumi had planned for the mission. They had time before sun down, which is when the meeting would happen. If left up to Koaru, he would simply rush in and smash heads. But, that is particularly the reason why the Hokage had not let Koaru on this mission alone. Koaru would twiddle his fingers while waiting for Ayumi’s orders, still affected by her beauty. Would he be able to be useful to her in this state? Koaru had a fatal flaw of letting women distract him, and would one lead to his demise. Ironically, Koaru’s sworn nindo included protecting all the women in Konoha, even if it meant dying. It would be up to Ayumi to set Koaru into shape in preparation for the task at hand. No one needs a love sick puppy on a mission that would, without a doubt, bring bloodshed.

-E and D-rank missions may be done alone, any higher requires a full Genin squad (3 Genin minimum), to be partnered with a Chuunin+, or for you to be Chuunin or higher.
