The Fox and The Raven (Navi vs. Echo)

Echo's shoulder is bit into and Echo's mind clears, his analytical mind returning assessing the situation he veers his flight course away near instantly..but he refuses to stop charging, and with the shi no tenshi's trajectory and his own speed his entire arm is lost and several ribs are bit into.
He doesn't stop the blood and bone are sliced cleanly through no fragments being lost and red chakra already flows to the missing appendage bone sprouting with flesh and blood vessels followed by skin coming soon after.
Echo veers left his mind clearing of rage with the pain as his focus, Navi just tried to kill him, he ignored basic shinobi training, and he ignored his own rules and now he has to regrow an arm because of it...
He can't perform any of his other techniques right now, and he's drawing on too much of the Kyuubi's chakra...why hasn't he run away yet?

Oh right...That kid's fucking fast!.
He can't run, he can't hide...He does have alot of power though...and he knows he can overpower Navi if he gets a hold of him but! There in lies the problem...time to start thinking and not charging in..he knows this village like only one who's lived on it's streets can..and Navi is the Hokage meaning...

Echo grins and flies back into Navi's peripheral vision veering downwards towards the alleys of Konoha where he lands on the balls of his feet and then takes off..seemingly trying to make an escape through the market district.

Navi had said that he sentenced him to death, although with all his actions so far any other ninja would have died under normal circumstances. Upon tearing off an arm and a chunk of his mid section their eyes would meet for a brief moment before Echo tore off on foot through the village. Red chakra erupted within his body to begin the healing process, a massive amount of damage being sustained which would surely take up a sizable chunk of chakra. 

The Hokage's dojutsu would allow him to easily track his one-armed opponent, his wings granting a burst of speed as he gives chase, flying low over the market district. With a quick handsign two identical manifestations of chakra would appear, immediately after taking the form of two kunai which fell neatly into the grasp of his left hand. A small dot appears on each knife with a small burst of chakra. Drawing his arm back, he would throw the knives forth with considerable might, the projectiles traveling at incredible speed towards the fleeing Uchiha with the trajectory launching towards his upper-back. 

Using bladed weapons would be preferred considering the reckless man was now bringing the fight into a crowded market district. If possible he would prefer to keep his ninjutsu attacks to a minimum to prevent as many casualties as he could. Echo probably wouldn't care about the lives of others, but that's what made them different. It was probably one reason he brought the fight in the middle of a populated area, this environment put limitations on him that Echo didn't abide by. 

His thoughts race as the unfortunate realization sets in and a feeling of annoyance sets in his mind.
You are such a cheater.

It would be unlikely for the Yamaki to catch Echo's gaze due to his downward trajectory and the goggles that obscure his eyes from view.
Echo begins weaving through civilian frames several old men groaning as a flashback of a young green clad Uchiha misfit dashes underfoot to escape ANBU pursuit with a cheerful grin on his face.
Echo begins waving wind to surround himself and several civilians in the crowd, most do not feel Echo is a threat, he is the Hokage's Brother and has made his own image in Konoha known, he's defended some vendors from Shinobi who refused to pay attempting to abuse their power.

His rowdy show boating ways have gotten ire, but his public image and the way he respects the vendors and others of Konoha make him a rather popular figure...Which is why they do not panic when the Uchiha's all encompassing wind surrounds them in a protective bubble.

The Wind fields spread outwards until they meet creating a dome of hurricane force winds, paints, rice fruit and other such objects being pulled and funneled into the tornado that forms as the Kunai are also pulled into the wind current from the force of Echo's wind.
Echo's spins on his heel confident in his defense while he glances around for a moment, he grins when he finds what he's looking for...
His arm halfway in a dumpster...Echo frowns in slight disgust before the wind he's so well know for picks up the arm and cleaning it of all filth with a vacuum the wind attaches it where it lays slightly limp the wind currents compressing and forcing the limb to stick back to where it was red chakra beginning to reattach the appendage.
He sighs in relief before a wide grin is formed across his vulpine features, his rage is clearing now, the people marveling at his ability fill him with some slight happiness...and he begins to realize his slight with a scowl forming on his face...

Okay...so maybe he overreacted a liiittle bit...
No matter, Navi's too dramatic right now, he'll just have to end this while he can.

He closes his eyes for a moment his still working arm raising and his hand blurring, the wind dies down, Echo standing in the center of the clearing the civilians frames all being gathered onto nearby roof tops out of harms way.
He draws the blurring hand back and with a perfectly timed smirk, just to show off, he flies straight towards the Yamaki's frame at top speed the kunai from before with the dispersal of the wind are sent careening far past the monument of past Hokage Echo's boisterous laughter ringing outwards as all wind disperses from his frame save for his feet which go ramrod straight.

As soon as he enters range he swings his Jigen Toh coated hand upwards not pausing for any resistance that might occur, after all...Theirs nothing this technique can't cut through.

Threads shot out from Navi's fingers to grab a hold of the two kunai that whirled around in the wind sphere. Grasping a hold of the loops on the back of each knife, he yanks both of the projectiles back towards himself, catching them neatly by the handle in his left hand. The young Uchiha begins to close the gap between them, and the Hokage in turn readies the weapon in his right hand. As Echo charged forth with a blurry hand and concentrated chakra, the blade in his right hand entered its final activation state, a similar blurry appearance surrounding the edges. With a powerful downward swing he brings the master sword down upon Echo's coated hand, bringing it to meet the upward slice at full speed. 

After all, there was nothing the Master Sword couldn't cut through.

The Technique and Blade meet...and at that moment...
The Universe told the Hokage and Master class shinobi to knock it the fuck off!

A swirling mass of blue and white erupts from the impact point of the two forces meeting each other, the strange interdimensional phasing abilities of the two forces combine for a moment and with the combined power of the two...a vortex opens sucking the two opponents inside a bright flash occurs and the two speedsters simply vanish from sight.

[Exit pending with Navi.]

It had occurred in slow motion, the strange but similar energy of his master sword clashing with the jigen-tou to form a strange vortex time portal. The portal expanded outwards to drag in the two ninja and immediately blinked away, taking them away from Konoha forcefully. 

Now it should be noted here to the reader that Echo and Navi were not in fact trying to kill each other. It was more of a "fight" or "dispute" one might say. Of course the Hokage acted with the force to kill Echo, having sentenced him to death he might as well apply the necessary effort, but the difference was more within the context. The context being he was an invincible regenerative demon. Glad that's straightened out.
