D-Rank Mission: Scum of the Leaf (Private)

There was a man running around the village stealing food from local markets, maybe he was stealing for the benefit of feeding his family? There were many poor peasents, which no one really cares for. Jinpachi had shown too much sympathy, but this was a simple objective; his job wasn't to hurt the man, but to bring him in for questioning. He had commited multiple counts of stealing so he might not be able to get off too easily. Jinpachi had withdrawn his hands from his pockets, placing them by his sides as he had casually walked down on the right of the market area, looking for the man who was described as; buzz cut, tainted robes, brown eyes, no facial hair, worn-out sandals. Yeah, he was poor alright. Why can't they just ask for food instead of stealing and giving themselves and their family a bad name, worse than that possibly going behind bars. But that was always much more better, you are given food and water daily. Jinpachi had averted his attention towards a man with tainted robes, but he wasn't able to get a good look at man. He did have worn-out sandals, but it was no reason to single him out from the rest. Then, he was seen taking off running with potatoes falling from the crate he stole. "Alright, that must be him." The thief had stopped for a quick breath, hiding behind a corner in the alley and placing the crate on the floor. Jinpachi had appeared from above the building, observing. He wasn't at all planning to take kill or injure the man, but he must be brought to Justice. Allowing his body to fall; hands directing outwards to grasp the surface of the curb, while running down the wall and grabbing the man by his left arm. The thief had retaliated, throwing a punch towards the jaw of Jinpachi. Fortunately for him, he had already expected this to happen. He shifts his stature, moving his upper-body and tilting his body to the side as his fist would strife through the air, finally crouching and lifting as the male had been lifted and slammed down upon the ground. Jinpachi places his knee just above his shoulder; twisting his wrist and applying small amounts of pressure to keep him subdued. An officer had recieved a report of brutality, he didn't blame the citizens for thinking so.. he might have gone too rough? "This man is the thief you assigned me to capture, Officer." He had spoken firmly, uncomfortable in his position. He never really acknowledged the idea of being ontop another man, even if he was going to kill him.. It was nasty and wrong. "I'll take off your hands, Jinpachi. You will be given your reward at the Headquarters, I shall see you then." The officer had replied, tieing the hands of the man with a thick rope, securely tightening the wrist.
