The siege of the Underwater Village.

Viper after a bit has reached this hidden away village, the air locks being a bit tricky to figure out but eventually he found his way in, he stands at the from of the village prepared to enter, his garb is his full war attire, his gloves firmly placed upon his hands, his red plated armor gleaming off artificial light in the cavern, his war fan attached firmly to his back special armor clips hold it in place allowing it to easily be removed and reattached, at the base of the pole is a chain and sickle, the sickly clipped on to his right hip upon the armor.
Viper's eyes are fully visible, the advanced detail of the eternal mangekyou sharingan visible to all who view them, his advanced eyes take in every detail, his Konohagakure no Sato headband fastened around his head mostly hidden by his longer raven black hair, his secret kept unknown for the time being, he looks around viewing if any come to greet him before speaking, "Citizens of the Underwater Village, This land is now under control of the Fire Nation, should any oppose then step forth now and meet your fate, if you wish for a peaceful solution then stay in your homes. I wish to shed the least amount of blood as possible." With this the Hokage stands ready, his words echoing throughout the hidden chambers, would the citizens fight, or would they roll over like Iwagakure no Sato? Only time would tell.

Viper sighs softly, the village was pitiful, not a single shinobi stepped forth to defend their home, Viper walks forth deeper in to the village a look of disgust stains his face, he goes towards the village leaders residence, he draws his right arm back channeling his Katon through it, he thrusts it forward obliterating the building and leaving a scar in the ground in the shape of the fire nations symbol.
"This land is now owned by the Fire nation because noone of you stepped forth!" Viper swirls slightly as he returns home transcending the worlds.
