Time Wizard, Time Roulette, Go! {P,Closed}

Viper sits within his office, for a long time he has been searching for a solution for something that has been plaguing him during his time as Hokage, his age, during his time as hokage he has received nothing but disrespect from the villagers and the elders, he needed to find a way to get older, but how?
Just then one of the members of the medic core enters his office after a soft knock, the woman walks in smiling big carrying a tray with 8 capsules on it, "Lord Hokage we did it!" she says joyfully before sitting the tray on Viper's desk.
Viper's eyes go wide, he looks at the crimson pills, he grasps one slowly within his right index finger and thumb he places it in his mouth trusting his medic whom seems rather proud of the invention, Viper swallows the pill as it dissolves in his stomach near instantly, the contents spread through his entire body forcing an accelerated growth process to his person, the ultimate age drug.
Viper feels the effects as they occur, he looks in a mirror on his desk to see his hair has gotten longer and his face has matured a tad, "It works!" Viper says as he throws his hands in the air, he grabs the rest of the pills afterwards and proceeds to take them one after another, Viper reaching the desired age of 21.
He runs around the desk in his new form, one that nearly mirrors that of the strongest Uchiha in history, Madara Uchiha, he picks the girl up in his arms and hugs her tight, "I love you!" Viper says to his medic, the girls face turning blood red, when Viper puts her down her legs are wobbly as she faints hitting the ground rather hard.
