"Shall We?" (No Killing)

Gaignun finally arrived in Konohagakure. However, he was only hear to visit his sister if she was even still alive. He hadn't heard or seen her in years so he was just curious to see if she was ok. He promised their father he would protect her but he has been slacking off as of lately.

Gaignun was currently in the forest and decide to sit down to rest he had been walking the entire past week to get to Konoha from the Skyscraper Village. The travels were long and he did encounter some thieves but they were no challenge. Just an annoyance he wanted to sit down and rest. He simply sat down in front of a tree and started to close his eyes

Once more, Konoha's sun was shining upon the village. The same village that the shinobi known as Kai Yamanaka was planning to escape from one day..To screw it over, Its actually what he has been doing these past few day's in fact he's pretty much been setting the village up for its doom. He had returned the hokage's body to the area were it was requested and had been chosen as the next yonbi host. Meaning he knew exactly were the yonbi had been sealed. It was perfect and he had just aquired three more bodies for his mysterious boss.

As he walked through the village he smiled softly as he made his way to the konoha forest to collect the plant's required for the poison he was about to make. Exiting the gate he sighed softly as he lifted from the ground pouncing with cat like reflexes he manouvred around each tree. His body bursting through the air feeling it slow him down allowing him to hit each tree perfectly for another take off.

Within the forest once reaching his destination. This young shinobi would move his body in a kata, A basic fighting style that placed each movement in constant flow, This kata was that of water flowing his body through each required movement each move having a different meaning his body glided through as if it were water itself as his hands moved into soft yet graceful strikes with open palms, His body would move in elegant way's as his chakra began to build up around him stirring ovr. Not only was he training his body at the exact same time he was training his chakra for every motion he would have hic chakra flow into that body part. His leg would move slightly to the left and his chakra would flow through him with the leg movement. As his fist struck forward the same would happen. Had someone been watching his chakra control they would be capable of seeing his full chakra body identical to the man in front of them.

After an hour of this basic training the young shinobi would begin his flowr picking placing them in there protective casing and then into his bag. Taking the long way home he would tingle, His sensory ability would kick in as he landed on the ground and ran behind a large tree, Peeking his head through he would see a young man sitting upon the ground resting his back upon the tree in front of the one the yamanaka spying behind. Smirking softly he would climb the tree as silently as he could before walking upside down on the large branch alllowing him to see the man. "Look what we have here" Said the Yamanaka softly yet loud enough for the man to be able to here him.

Gaignun's eyes sprang open as he heard someone's voice. He turned to see a man upside on a branch as he raised an eyebrow and stood up yawning. Gaignun was quite annoyed and cranky that the man had woke him up from his nap as he shook his head and stretched. "Who are you? And why are you looking at me while I'm sleeping? Most importantly why did you just wake me up when you saw me sleeping. That's highly rude."

Gaignun said as he rubbed his eyes and stretched his arms. "I hope your not trying to pick a fight or start any kind of confrontation because if you are I'm up to fight, and if you fight me. I'm not saying I will win but you won't be leaving him in the same condition you came." Gaignun said in a confident tone while he was still warming up with stretches.

Kai had only been able to allow a simple smile to form around his red like lips as the man spoke, Rather rudely at him. Sighing Kai pointed to the headband upon his head showing himself to be a leaf shinobi. "Im a ninja from Konoha you your not from here and by your headband i see your a shinobi who has become a traitor, Yu know what i do to traitor's i kill em, But i guess if you show me a good enough battle then ill let you live."

Kai smiled as the chakra pouring into his feet stopped forcing him to fall towards the ground but a simple flip within the air was enough to allow him to land safely upon his feet before he smiled. "Shall We dance"

Gaignun raised an eyebrow when the man was talking about killing him and how he was a traitor. "I'm no traitor. The villages are the traitors. They simply use us shinobi then when they have no more use for us they throw us out like expired tools. I refuse to work for them until I'm all dried up. The villages are the real traitors. Let me inform you on something. Your village Konoha could care less about you." Gaignun muttered as he got into a stance.

"You may stay loyal to Konoha, but Konoha isn't loyal to you. Your just their pawn. It's up to you to be your own man." Gaignun said as he nodded his head. "Yes, let's engage. I'll show you a battle you have never seen." Gaignun said as he decided to wait for the challenger to do the first move just to see what he was capable of.

Smirking as he to took his stance, Kai was prepared and had already retrieved a kunai from his holster as the man spoke, [color=cyan]"i seem to only be hearing Blah Blah Blah, This is information i have already gathered. But why leave a village that you can use to get your own way huh, He said smiling softly as the weapon within his hand's was thrown towards his opponent, Once the weapon had cleared the gap around mid way Kai would utilize the basic body flicker technique to catch up with the weapon and launch himself in the air flipping over his opponent and pushing off a small tree to allow more momentum aiming to strike the man within his right leg. As kai soared through the air he would continue speaking. "Show me your worth come on"

Gaignun looked as the man tossed a kunai in his direction. Gaignun quickly put his arm out and formed a shield of chakra and put it up to block and deflect the incoming kunai. He turned around and saw the man he was engaged in battle heading toward his way from jumping off of a tree. Gaignun crouched and put the shield up to block the man's attack as he smirked and walked backwards to keep a little distance between him and his opponent. "Is this all you got? I know you are impressive then this if your going to use your village your gonna have to surpass every single person in there including the Hokage." Gaignun said as he stood up again waiting for the next move by his opponent.

Kai had struck something, A shield of chakra maybe, His body allowed him to roll forward as the man moved so that he could recover back upon his feet, A small smile upon his elegant face. As the male spoke Kai would only sigh at his word's. He would wipe his face with his free hand as the Kunai he had within his hand made its way once more toward's his opponent. This time with the use of another body flicker Kai would match the speed of the Kunai and when it would meet the targets area he would utilize the same basic technique to appear behind his opponent, Bent low aiming to swipe the young males legs from behind. With a low scoff as he utilzied his hand's to bring him up in a whirlwind like fashion to create a barrage of split legged kick's.
