Task: This enemy of the Uchiha have traveled away from Darkside. Make your moves elegant, precise and most of all, quiet. Now that you know where he is going, I trust you know to remember what we've taught you.
He is going to be in the residential district near the Kage Tower. Take care of him after you've gathered all the information you can from him. If needed we have other members of the village that may be able to pull it straight from them with or without their cooperation. Complete the mission and return to the council for the debriefing.
