Old MacDonald had a Farm

Having completed his Chidori technique and awakening his One Tomoe Sharingan, the young Uchiha wanted some action with missions. He wanted to test out his strength and see how he fares against others. With great conviction in his heart, he left his home and walked towards the Otokage Mansion to retrieve a mission. Hanzo was excited as he neared the Mission Board. Unfortunately, most of the missions were taken and there was nothing much. He simply reached his right hand and picked the one nearest to him. The mission required him to basically assist an elderly with his crops. Hanzo was let out a sad sigh, but didn't want to ruin his day. He still wanted to complete whatever mission he was destined for that day.

He left the Otokage Mansion and headed to the Residential District, where the old man was staying. The Genin stood right in front of the old man's house, it was a traditional wooden house that stood firmly even in old age. He scanned through the mission details that required him to help the old man with harvesting and planting the old man's crop. He knocked upon the door and a wrinkly old man answered him. "Hello sir, I'm here to help you with the crops, '' Hanzo uttered. The old man smiled while squinting his eyes. The old man spoke with a low voice, "What a good shinobi you are, come let's go to the farm" while pointing to the seeds on the ground.

Hanzo carried the sack of seeds, surprisingly it was heavy. "No wonder the old man required my help, these are pretty heavy and would surely damage his back" he thought to himself. Both the old man and the young shinobi headed out into the huge field. It was as green as his eyes could see. The old man guided Hanzo on how to spread the seeds all around the green field and before harvesting the current bunch of crops. Hanzo took out his recently purchased Tanto from his back and commenced the operation. He started slashing the bottom of the crops to pull them out carefully. As the sky darkened, he could feel his arms getting tired. He finally completed harvesting the crops and now it was time to plant the new seeds.

The young Uchiha took this time to recover. He carried the heavy seed sack and walked around spreading them across in a zigzag line as he walked through the field. He emptied the sack and handed the empty bag to the old man. "Thank you so much young shinobi, one day you will do great things" the old man exclaimed in happiness. The Genin bowed in respect and headed back to the Otokage Mansion. He provided the mission letter to the administrator and got it stamped. Thus, he completed his first ever mission. "Hopefully, I will get to do some better missions in the future and face some battles '' Hanzo thought to himself while walking back home with a tired face.
