What it does: Upon completion of the necessary Handseals, the user generates and molds Dark Matter chakra at the point of their fingertip. The chakra forms into a sphere of .30 cm in size, blood red with a pitch-black void tint. The sphere, from appearance alone, seems heavy, boundlessly dense. Yet it possesses little to no shine, almost void of any light, but the sphere is quite visible to the naked eye due to the chakra that manifests it.

The user can, if they choose to, detonate the sphere at point-blank range with no harm coming to themselves, but the Jutsu is usually used as a projectile that can be launched up to 15/20/25 meters in a straightforward path at jutsu speed. This sphere is commanded to reach its max range until it detonates at the user’s mental command for 15 additional AP. Upon detonation, the sphere expands into an explosion that creates a wall that reaches up to 10/15/20 meters in diameter at jutsu speed and power.

During this explosion, as is standard for Dark Matter to be completely harmless to the user and those they see as friendly [3 at max, including the user], should anyone be caught in this explosions path, they will be pushed back several meters, equivalent to the jutsu’s range while suffering DoT of 30/50/70. In a case coming in contact with a living target, this happens. In a case coming in contact with an opposing Jutsu, this is what happens. Destroys/reverse part of the opposing technique it comes in contact with back to the user. The reversed Jutsu will travel its intended range at its fired speed and power; however, DoT will still take effect instead of direct damage. Note that Jutsu reversal can only affect Jutsu of an equal to or lower rank than what this would be trained at, and this one must exceed the other in power.

Optionally, should the user possess the Sensory spec, this jutsu is completely invisible to the naked eye, chakra vision of any sort due to the nature of Dark Matter, and chakra sensory should this jutsu have a power greater than the sensory chakra technique used to detect it. (Essentially, it would seem like the user was pointing in a direction. The explosion will be noticed, though, as it will disturb the landscape and the immediate area.) This effect costs 20 extra AP as upkeep cost.

First, only thing involving this tech's effect, state that jutsu reversal can only affect jutsu of an equal to or lower than rank than what this one would be trained at, and this one must exceed the other in power.

And you can also lower the WC for A Rank to 2750

and a limit to how many friends are immune to the explosion of the tech
