What it does: This jutsu is tied to the Power of Hate jutsu, and is considered slotless as long as the user has both jutsu. Upon activating the Power of Hate jutsu the user will be able to activate this jutsu once during its duration, and this jutsu will end when the Power of Hate jutsu ends or is broken. By spending a single stack of hate, any one looking upon the user with a clear view is trapped within a genjutsu. However, this genjutsu does not inflict pain on the victim or paralyze them. It simply shows the user killing them over and over again every time the user moves. No matter how the victim tries to act or dodge the oncoming attack the user's attack always hits and always kills them.
The mental stress of this jutsu is so strong that the victim's body starts to try and shut down. Their body gets weak and they can not move nearly as fast as they were able to before. This is shown by the victim losing 70 stat points to both their strength and their speed. The debuff will stay in effect for the entire duration of this jutsu. Even if the victim is able to break free of the genjutsu.
