Backstory:
Appearance: The user creates shuriken comprised of Lightning Release and Earth Release. They are orange in color, crackling as a firework would, taking on the physical characteristics of one as well. They share the same dimensions as an average shuriken.
Handseals:
Tiger -> Boar -> Snake (C-rank)
Tiger -> Boar -> Snake -> ram ->horse (B-rank)
Tiger -> Boar -> Snake -> ram ->horse ->monkey->dragon (A-rank)
Duration: 3 posts | Until Maximum Distance is reached
Cooldown: Post used +2
Range: 20/30/50 Meters
Power: 20/30/50

Stat Boosts:
What it does: The user molds explosive chakra in their lungs and expels 1 cm ember projectiles that form into shuriken at jutsu speed with sharpness equal to jutsu power. Alternatively, with a mental command, they can be formed directly in the user’s hand instead.
If shot from the mouth the shuriken travel at jutsu speed. If formed in the hand, the shuriken travel at the user's throwing speed. Either way upon reaching the maximum range they disappear. Else they will disappear once the jutsu reaches the end of its duration. Each Shuriken has a spherical explosion attached to it, 1 meter in radius, which can only be triggered after the shuriken is launched/thrown and impacts a solid surface. Of course, said explosion deals damage at jutsu power.
With the duration of the technique, the user may create a total of 5/10/20 shuriken in total.
