The Clouds Part

Rainy skies have loomed over the village for quite some time. In his head he thought it was an ill-omen meant to keep the village suppressed, quiet even. The scars of the past were slowly healing as the objects of a oppressive tyrant were bit by bit being removed. Many of the old shinobi of the world were coming back and here he was sitting..waiting for orders from his new leader. Today had been a day where he thought long and hard on what he was to do next. As he got dressed and grabbed his sword to head out, he didn't readily have this on his mind, but if his home were to grow they needed a presence. He didn't know where Gidyne had been and he had not seen the man in some time. That wasn't a good sign and until the man returned someone needed to step up. As he walked into the Raikage's Office, he looked at the secretary and nodded to her before walking up into the office itself. As he opened the door he slowly looked around, activating his three tomoe sharingan to scan the room. Nothing. He couldn't see anything and he wasn't picking up any life," An empty home...An empty shell. Our village needs someone until he returns," his fingers slid across the desk as he sat down slowly upon it, his sword being sat to his right side as he sighed and slowly looked out of the wind. This wouldn't be one of those silly power moves...or an attempt at a coup. Until their leader had returned he would hold the mantle, and hopefully do some good until then.

As the hours passed he began going through some of the files of the village, straightening them so that as the days went by he could organize the ninja by name and get a mental awareness of needs, ambitions and so on. Looking over toward the hat he sighed for a moment before knowing what needed to be done. The village from now until he was no longer needed would have his leadership to guide them on a new path. Or until someone was better suited.
