Question why does it need a tanto blade? Wouldn't a regular sword or katana be used for this as well? Also does the white light carry any properties like blinding or something like that?

The white lighting is only used for flavor, and to tell that the technique is being activated. No unique properties. A tento blade would be ideal, since I can see it potentially throwing someone off guard, because it's a small blade but it can extend to a spear. Something unexpected.

If its all the same can you edit it to be used with any bladed weapon so long as its small? Also i believe its Tanto. Could be wrong. Also i think your ap should be 20.
