Woohoo!!!

Hado skidded into the center of Hoshigakure, the city of the stars. After leaving the rest of the ninjas behind, he had been stopped at the gates, by guards with nasty looking weapons, but fortunately Mitster Arashi and the others had shown up and he had been released into the village, taking off again. Excited at the prospect of a new place to explore, he had rapidly left behind the others.

Now, on his own, he wandered among the stalls, looking for somewhere to see if he could to a ninja test for genin rank, being that he had trained more in the wild than he ever had in the academy before. He was not about to make that mistake again. Looking at a rock, he picked it up, while wandering around. Using his metal sensory, he detected nothing from the rock so he figured it would be safe to tamper with.

Staring at it intently, he focused his chakra until a small dark dot appeared in the center of the visible part of the rock he held. Dissipating it, he slowly wandered through the village, still practicing the Mark Seal technique on and off.

Until he was an official genin of the village, he would have trouble gaining access o the knowledge for more complex jutsu, for now he would stick with the basic jutsu, since those were less likely to be distractions. It occurred to him he had forgotten to ask about the customs of the village, but perhaps the genin exam proctors would know.
