Maikeru's strength training

Maikeru enters the training gorunds. does a couple of flips. runs around the training ground throwing punches in the air stops and looks at the training dummy in the feild. walking up t it he notices it spins to your hits you place on it. he kicked it it spun around. he noded to him self.he threw a few punchs and kicks. speeding up his training he round house kicked the dummy followed by ducking and thrusting his fist into the center of the dummies chest.the thrust from his punch hurt his hand a little but he wasnt going to quit because of a little pain. he continued punching until his knuckles were bleeding.he stopped and washed his wounds exammining them closely. he went back to the dummy and round house kicked the dummy in the arm ripping it clear of with a shower of splintering wood. he front kicked the dummy in the chest caving in the chest.jerking his foot out of ithe round house kicked the dummies head hurting his ankle but even tho it hurt he still followed thru with the kick cracking the headof the dummy. looking at the dummy he wasnt happy with the out come he wanted to be able to kick the dummy and break it in half with atleast 2 kicks and break its cheast with 1 hit or 2 hits. not happy he went to the dummy next to the one he had destroyed and thrusting his fist at its head. hurting it even more even tho he shouldnt be training this hard after the injury that he had sustained in his spar with galen and hasashi but he wanted no needed to be come stronger and faster.he kicked the dummy in the chest once again his ankle was throbbing he didnt understand why wasnt he getting strong and the thought the he wasnt getting stronger or faster made him mad. so mad in fact that he had not noticed that he had punched the dummy in the head with 2 hits and his fist went thru it.he then kicked it the side ripping it in half and before it even left th bottom half he slamed his foot in its chest sending it more than half way across the training feild. he came back to his calmed down sences and noticed the dummy torn apart he had not noticed anyone else there had he done this with out knowing the only thing he remembered was getting mad.
