A lost cloud [P]

Vipers form spirals and forms out of thin air, he appears before the Raikage of Kumogakure no Sato aside the cloud ninja he has removed from his territory.
Viper now speaks, "Kurisu, one of your ninja was found on my borders, I am here to return him to you" Viper steps away from the boy whom should still be in the Genjutsu.
"You are lucky he was not killed on side, there was no ppaer work, nor invitation given, he simply said he has been in Konohagakure no Sato for a while now, what is your explanation for this?"

He was sitting at his desk, pondering new ideas that were seeping into his mind. It could have been a result of the Rinnegan eye connecting to his brain, it might have been the effects of the aging pills or it could have been the color change of his chakra. Whatever it was, he was feeling a sense of bloodlust. He was growing more ruthless, it might've triggered when he killed the young shinobi without heistation during his take over of Island Village.

Once Viper entered the area with one of his Kumogakure no Sato shinobi next to him who seemed to be under some type of genjutsu control. "I have nothing to say for my shinobi going around doing whatever they want. If anything it irritates me to know that. You should have just killed him." he said coldly, blood red lightning chakra covered his hands that were resting on his desk.

"Then he is yours to do with as you wish." Viper inspects Kurisu's new age, it seems he got his package.
"He showed no resistance so I figured best to bring him to you."
Vipers form swirls as he leaves the area, the boy still in a basic Genjutsu that Kurisu can break with his own eyes, Viper leaving to attend to his own affairs.
[Exit.]

[Waiting to see if Kuri is going to kill me ....]

He shot out hsi right hand, sending a wave of lightning that was blood red right towards the heart of the young shinobi, Evens Arashi. Death would be quick if this lightning which had taken on the shape of a knife would penetrate the young shinobi.

[Short, was rushed]

[Dead ._.]

The lightning had done its job rather effectively, penetrating right into Evens Arashi's heart and forcing it to stop. Within a matter of painless and numb seconds, the rest of the boy's organ would begin to shut down before his brain finally gave in and stopped functioning. Death had taken hold of Evens Arashi, one of his own Kumogakure no Sato shinobi. Something inside himself made him question his action, he was going deeper down a dark path filled with betrayal and death.

For a Kage to ruthlessly murder one of his own shinobi, that was something else. Of course Evens had been in Konohagakure no Sato for no reason and Viper Uchiha had taken the time to bring the shinobi back to Kumogakure no Sato but did not seem happy about the situation. He could find all the reason in the world for this kill, but clearly his heart was growing cold. Lacking much compassion now, it was clear that he didn't care who he killed anymore.

"Perhaps I need to leave the village for a while." he said outloud, considering his options. He couldn't leave his position of Raikage just yet, there was still the idea of holding the Gokage Summit soon. Maybe after the summit was over, that would be a good time for him to spread his wings and go elsewhere. For now he simply took Evens Arashi's body and put it in the same storage area in his office that he had put Laxus Nara's body at. Soon he would use those bodies with his Rinnegan.
