What it does:

By influencing the effect of gravity upon the user’s own body, they can make themselves much lighter, meaning they can move more easily, but at the same time, softening whatever impact they inflict. The user receives a stat boost of 90 to their Speed and a choice between Vigor or Chakra (this can not be changed, and once selected it must be reflected on the user’s stat page).

Due to the decreased gravity the user suffers a decrease to their Strength by 90. Should the user’s Strength drop to 1 with this ability, any Strength-based strikes they perform will cause no damage.

The user is also granted the ability to fly for the duration of this technique. This follows the usual flight rules.

In addition with the usual technique Masteries available, Ultra-Light Weight Rock Technique may be mastered in the following way (This falls under the usual mastery cap):

Featherweight Companion: By maintaining physical contact with another being, the user is instead able to confer this technique’s effects onto them instead (The user maintains the ability to fly). For this to work, physical contact MUST NOT be broken at any time. If contact is broken, the technique is ended and placed on cooldown. Physical contact also includes clothing or equipment on either the user or the target.

The following rules must be followed to use Featherweight Companion:

• The ability must be used in the same post as the technique’s activation and the duration is changed to three posts.
  
• The stat boost is changed to +70/70, and must be the same as the user’s chosen stats that are shown on their character page.
  
• Neither the user nor the target may have another enhancer active for the duration of this technique. Should the target already have an enhancer active, they must willingly end theirs or the enhancer providing the higher stat boost prevails, placing the other on cooldown.
  
• Upkeep of this technique is maintained by both the user and the target, who split the cost evenly between them. Should either go unconscious or the connection is broken, the technique is instantly ended and placed on cooldown.
  
• This technique is restricted to PLAYER CHARACTERS ONLY to avoid potential abuse (Living clones can not use this ability).
