What it does:

By influencing the effect of gravity upon a target, this technique makes said target much lighter, meaning they can move more easily, but at the same time, softening whatever impact they inflict. Due to lowered gravity, the target suffers a decrease to Strength by 50/70. If used on weapons this technique will increase the throwing/swing speed of the weapons by 50/70, but will decrease the impact force of the weapon by 25/35.

Lessening of gravity effect means also that the target of this technique can be lifted or manoeuvred as if needing 50/70 less Strength, for example: A user with 50/30 Strength is now able to lift something weighing 565kg (Normally 100 Strength required).

Should the target of this ability have its Strength (Or Health for objects that do not have Strength) reduced to 1, their physical attacks and interactions will result in a light, soft touch, as if being struck by a floating dandelion.

S-Rank:
While under effect of this technique, anything smaller than a small summon (5m) will immediately lose their footing and float, as it were, and any motion by a character will send them flying at throwing speed in a specified direction*.

In addition with the usual technique Masteries available, Light Weight Rock Technique may be mastered in one additional way (This falls under the usual mastery cap):

Multi-Target: The user may choose a second target for this technique. It costs an additional 50 AP (25 AP Upkeep) to use this mastery.

The values in this technique are non-scalable. In the event of Added/Ultra-Added Weight being applied to the same target, the technique applied with the highest Power will prevail.

*This does not affect targets with the ability to fly.
