Intellectual Property Transfer Policy

Code Policy
All code found on NRPG is the intellectual property of their respective creators and is protected by copyright law. However, if site-based value^* has been exchanged for the creation and use of code on this website, then the ownership of the code transfers to NRPG. This includes any modifications, improvements, or derivative works based on the original code. By using this website, you agree to respect the creator's copyright and the website's code ownership.

By accepting site-based value^*, you accept to transfer all intellectual property rights for the code and any derivative works based on the original to NRPG.

Activities Policy
Likewise, the above extends to any staff-sanction activities such as the creation techniques, events, graphics, and the like where site-based value^* is exchanged for the service provided by the user.

^* Site-based value can be and is not limited to word count allocation, event prizes, and any other site-based denomination.

EXCHANGE AGREEMENT TEMPLATE

I understand that this includes any modifications, improvements, or derivative works based on the original Project. In exchange for [insert the consideration you received for the creation and use], I hereby give my approval for the NRPG to claim ownership of the Project. This acceptance wording serves as proof of my agreement and authorization for NRPG to exercise its ownership rights over the Project.

EXCHANGE RATES

Code:: 1250 WC / 5000 Ryo per hour agreed for the project.
