It was a new day when Dante woke up and decided to retrieve the bones of his mother Mitzukai Kaguya from the back room of the lab. Having stored the bones in an area where the could be preserved and retrieved with ease, there was no trouble finding them. He knew he had to give some bone kunai to his dear twin Sephora as well. So making two sets of two kunai would be quite the project today but he was alright with that. There were just enough bones to complete this project with, after this they may have a small piece of bone that would be to small to do anything with left! At least the bones served a purpose and were good enough to craft with and sharp enough to work as weapons. after crafting one kunai which took only an hour he was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it had formed! The tip was sharp and anyone unlucky enough to get in the way of this weapon would be taken down with ease. As he put the chemical to coat it on the kunai he was trying to decide exactly what he wanted to put as a design on the hilt of these! Skulls and initials again? They did turn out to be his signature markings for weapons. And didn’t Sephora do something similar for her bone sword?He believed she did! Her initials, much like his, were after one of their parents to. Sephora Mitzukai Kaguya Hyuuga. After thier mother. The parent she killed! He found this thought hilarious! As soon as he finished carving the skull and initials into the handle of the first weapon, he put the kunai together and sat it aside! This was quite a work of art, even he had to be proud of himself!
He found two small leather cases big enough for Kunai to be carried in. Smiling he thought these would be perfect to conceal the kunais in and perfect way to present them to his sister. As he said she deserved it because she had given him a pair of gloves. As he put the finished kunai in a leather case he looked around the room and decided to finish the kunai since there was not another project that needed to be done at the moment! but he noticed one section of the bones was slightly darker than the others. If his memory served him correctly, Sephora had mentioned that their mother had been badly burned down the bones in some areas by flames! He simply smiled at the thought she had suffered but also at how unique it would make two of the Kunais look. One would be Ivory colored and the other Ebony colored. Ebony and Ivory! perfect names for his bone Kunai! He would call hers the same name simply because they are the same colors and the names fit them so well! He decided to decorate the handles with steel wire that was colored black and white! The black Kunai had white steel, the white kunai had black steel! He was quite creative and made sure his weapons were perfect! If they were to be used in battle they had to be able to handle whatever they were used for, but also had to be good to look at. Needless to say Dante takes care of his weapons! He knew he had to make the other weapon before it got to much later, he had just remembered he had more training he had to do. Mastering bone bullets didn’t just magically happen! No they had to be perfected and Dante was npt pne to gove up! He began to carve the black Kunai and shape it out of the bones! It was coming along nicely! And with his mother being a Kaguya when she was alive these bones were probably going to be stronger than the normal metal kunais! This was a definite plus for Dante. He finished carving it as he worked on the hilt and carving the decorations of a Skull and initials on it! After he was finished with the Kunai he put the protective chemical coat on it to finish it and protect it and seal it. This was a necessary step in weapons care and had to be done. He put the wired steel around the hilt of the weapon as he noticed how awesome it looked! With a smile on his face he put in the leather case he had before sliding it into his weapons pouch! He decided th very small amount of bones left to fashion the next set of Kunai he would take with him to Konoha after he finished his training on the borders . It was getting late and he had to make sure he made it to Konoha to find his sister before it was to late.
