Kozan is a chuunin....what?

Micromanaging, a duty a Kage of any village dislikes, this has been left up to the advisers. Village finances, chuunin examinations, and the ranking up of different shinobi. Seeing as how busy Youka was as of late, his chosen counsel took extra care to make sure the affairs of the village were taken care of. A particular file is brought up, a genin of the clouds that has followed the will of Youka and secured the shinobi of Kumo, none were allowed to defect. His tasks for the village far surpassing that of a genin, a message is sent for him to come to the administration building within the village. New duties will be given to the boy, a rank of Chuunin coming with greater responsibility, he has shown he carries on their lords will, and they hope to see it flourish into a promising Jounin.

[Granting Kozan Chuunin as he meets the requirements and Youka is afk.]

Kozan went out to the administration building that day, having been called there for whatever purpose. Upon his arrival, he was called over to one of the rooms. There, he was greeted by an aging woman.

"We have called you here to take a look at your achievements... and your faults."

Kozan perked up. Faults? What was this?

"We know that you injured some children recently... spies, you called them. Well, we looked into it, and found that none of the three you injured were spies." Aw, crap.

"However, you stopped a seditious child from leaving... and the ones you injured were weak. As such, we will reward you... with a reminder to curb your bloodlust. Welcome to the rank of chunin."

A few minutes later, Kozan walked out with a bundle of documents under his arms. He guessed he'd have to be more careful from here on out...
