Karasu, Genin at last!

Karasu entered the academy with surprising vigor, especially for a Nara. He was a totally pumped for the exam. After hours of training his mind and body he was definitely ready for anything the instructor could throw at him. He decided to sit towards the back so he could scope out the other children who were taking the exams with him. He began to think It was a good idea to dose off as the list of names seemed to go on forever. As he sat through the countless names of students being called with kids coming out either crying or shinobi of the leaf.

Bump

The proctor looked spotted the Karasu guy starting to fall asleep as he was listing off names, "Hey you! I will not have anyone fall asleep during my exam! How about you come over here and do some push ups until it's your turn so you don't pass out!"

There were still 7 kids who needed to perform the exam before Karasu, then it would be his turn.

The proctor would kick him out of the classroom if he didn't cooperate, but otherwise wouldn't speak to him until it was turn and all he'd say was, "Alright, perform the jutsu now."

(Do a post in which you perform push ups near the proctor while 7 others do their exam, then performing the needed jutsu yourself. Dw, still only has to be 800 words)

After being roused from his slumber he walked over to the instructor and began to do the push-ups that were requested. Once he got up he heard a students name be called he decided he'd see how many push ups he could do before it was his turn. He began to do them at a quickened pace. After around 20 push-ups the second name was called and he began to do them as fast as he could, being in aware exactly how many were left in the room before himself. He was on 45 when the third name was called and he was having trouble telling if he was pushing himself up or the world down. But alas he would never know, he began to do them even faster he was on 102 when the fourth student was called. Karasu figured the third student was a bit slow but since he came out crying it made sense that he wouldn't have passed. He trudged on 138 push-ups later his arms were on fire and he heard the sixth name called he noticed he had slowed his pace drastically and needed to up his speed or he wouldn't get to 200. As the seventh name was called he began to slow and scope out the rest of the room. It appeared around half of the class still had to go and they were separated into three groups unconsciously, those who hadn't gone yet, those who passed, and of course those who failed. As he neared 220 push-ups the door opened and he heard "next" he walked in and the proctor said "Alright, perform the Justus now." Yes! This was the moment he had been training for so hard! He could still remember the countless hours of training the clone jutsu and the transformation jutsu. But why was he so nervous? He couldn't place the sudden wave of nervousness that washed over him as he began to form that first hand sign. Ram! A bead of sweat formed on his brow. Snake! It traveled down his face to his chin. Tiger! It dripped to the floor and he molded the chakra and poof! A perfect clone appeared! What had felt like hours of performing three hand signs to him actually passed in around three seconds. He was so relieved that he managed to finally get that technique out of the way. Ok next is the Transformation jutsu. He remembered all the pranks he played with that technique. When he heard his mother coming to give him chores he quickly ran through the hand signs and poof he was a pillow and his mom went to another room and he got to sleep! Or when his dad was looking for him to do history lessons about the clan he would run through the hand signs and turn into a book and get left alone. Or when he was on house arrest he would turn into a cat and get kicked out onto the streets for the day. As he spread the chakra throughout his body he felt the familiar power flowing from the tips of his finger to the bottoms of his feet he felt it through his arms and his legs and he felt his well of it in the pit of his stomach.  Dog! He pictured the legs. Boar! He focused on the detail of the wood and the polish and paint. Ram! He focused on the size and the make. Poof! He turned into a chair made of rosewood which is rare even in Konoha and is exclusively found in the Nara section of the forest. After the smoke cleared and it revealed him replaced with a chair he began to reminisce on the times when his brother would talk to him about being a ninja and the missions he went on. He began to think about when he becomes a full fledged ninja what missions he would go on. He began to think of the pride his parents would have. He could almost hear his father saying, "Way to go son, now go train." And he could almost feel his mother hug him tightly crying tears of joy as he held his Hitai-ite out to her. He couldn't wait! As he released the transformation with a sudden poof and the small room getting filled with white smoke he stepped out and combed his right hand back through his silky black hair and adjusted the band holding it in a ponytail and ignoring the stray hair that was over his face to look at the proctor. He couldn't quite tell what the look on the examiners face told him. It was either a look of extreme disappointment and a failure on his part or a look of unending pride and a pass on his part. He couldn't tell.
