The 5,000 wc back from maxing out the character who had 100 stats upon creation. I got confused and spent 20,000 wc flat to max the character out instead of the 15,000 wc required.

As discussed, I will do a soft revamp on the character. The character was last updated over two years ago, multiple patches have dropped, and most of his jutsu lead to expired links as they've either been revamped or archived. I won't claim refunds or bank wc, but I swap stuff around with something equivalent wc the character can use since I want to pick up their story again.
