Rakka noticed as the fight began that Altar was avoiding her gaze… That was cute. He was either afraid of her, or afraid of some sort of ocular genjutsu… Either way, the hypocrisy tasted sweet to her.
”You know, it’s rude not to look your opponent in the eye.” She taunted innocently.
 
As Altar began his attack, Rakka saw that he was a heavy ninjutsu user. Immediately he summoned water to use, presumably for his techniques, which would prove to work against him in the near future. Although Rakka loved her Katon to death, she was definitely skilled in the use of Suiton. Still this water was… different. Dark colored… Generally that sort of thing was something to be avoided.

 Rakka would begin to backpedal at 50 speed for 50 meters, beating the water and getting fully out of the water’s range. Unfortunately for Altar, a single step would bring her out of range of the Lightning Beast Running Technique, so the dog would not have time to catch up to her, dispersing into the water.
 
When it was clear that Rakka had not been hit by the waves, Altar used the body flicker technique to move quickly towards her. However, it seemed he failed to consider the fact that there was a large puddle of electrified water between them, which was moving at high speeds. He also did not think to use the water walking technique, meaning he was essentially running through the rushing current. The resulting shock to the boy from the electricity, combined with the strength of the waves, would likely stun the boy, washing him away, and ruining his little bum rush, and leaving him incapable of using his chidori without attempting to close the distance again. 
 

Crossing her arms, Rakka clicked her tongue, giggling lightly.

Altar could feel himself getting vagued like a bitch Nah...

Haru couldn't figure a way out of the attack, so decided to vague Altar Still too true...

Haru felt like being a total prick apparantly, and decided to try to embarass Altar Okay, fuck the honesty and comedy, just roll with this shit. The salt is real, everyone.

Altar had somehow managed to miscalculate his aim and angle, and instead of meeting the water at Rakka, he had instead intersected it. The force of the water wasn't enough to push him over, but the electric current that the water held had zapped his legs, numbing them and making him tumble over and out of the water. The water, however, was still steadily coursing towards Rakka, and with the time she had wasted giggling at Altar, would have flooded her by now, surrounding her and knocking her down, as well as zapping her and draining her AP. Served the bitch right.

Altar would rise to his feet at full speed, mimicking how the girl had clicked her tongue, though he wouldn't be so foolishly wasteful as to laugh at his fallen opponent. He would have the water slam the girl into a nearby tree, most likely knocking the breath out of her and knocking her down for at least the time he needed for this. As he had been rising, Altar would have formed a single handsign at max speed, and used the water that had already been summoned to form a rotating pillar of water at 35 speed, that would crush the girl into the ground, using enough force to knock her out, but not enough to kill her. (40 power) After this, Altar would back up, leaving about 30 meters between them, now back to controlling the water to surround and submerge the girl if she wasn't already knocked out.

Unfortunately, Altar did not seem to understand his own jutsu properly, for he had already run into his own water, tried to send a lightning dog at her when she was completely out of range, and then expected his water to hit her when she had already moved out of range. The water had been formed at a distance of 25 meters from Rakka, and she had moved back another 50 meters to avoid it. The range of the water was about 46 meters, so Rakka was easily out of range, the water dispersing well before it could get to her.
 
Assuming Altar still tried to use his water fang attack on her, since she was no longer under threat from the water he had summoned, Rakka would form a Tiger seal, taking in a deep breath, before exhaling, summoning a fire dragon (75 Power), which would crash into the rotating pillar of water, dispersing it, causing steam to form.
 
This steam, coupled with the rapid rise in air currents caused by the heat of the dragon, would cause thunder clouds to form, ominously hanging over the scene as the battle unfolded.
 
Having been washed away by his electrified current, Altar would be about 30 meters from Rakka. If he still attempted to submerge her in the waves, he would find that his jutsu’s range was not great enough to reach her.
 
   
The distance now cleared, Rakka would prepare her own attack. A crack of thunder would herald her attack, as she once more formed a tiger seal, inhaling. Rakka would begin spitting out fireballs at Altar. The first would be aimed at him, the next two would be aimed at is immediate left and right, then directly above him. Rakka would continue this pattern five times, sending walls of fire at Altar. (Fireballs have 75 Power and Speed)

Altar decided he was fed the fuck up with Haru being a bitch about the fight, so he thought 'LOL fuck this" and went on about figuring a way out of the completely absurd situation he never should've been in in the first place.

Seeing as the jutsu he had used was registered in feet (for whatever god forsaken reason) and not meters, he had misjudged the distance the water would travel. Seeing as the distance would be plenty enough for the girl to react to a water fang, Altar decided against using it in the first place, thus voiding his entire post as well as the girl's.

Instead, Altar would simply aim to put more distance between the two, effectively getting the fuck out of the shitstorm topic he had had the grand misfortune of accepting the offer to.

Alright, if you're gonna whine about it and leave, at least do it right. You can't cancel your actions after they already happened, and your own ignorance of jutsu ranges is not an excuse to get out of all of that. Use an edit and at least write a decent post if you don't want to continue.

Rakka watched as her fireballs struck the boy, who failed to time travel or whatever the hell he was trying to do in order to get away. However, Rakka would angle the blasts so he, instead of being killed,  would simply be blasted away ala team rocket, and likely knocked out by the force. He wouldn’t be killed or majorly injured, but he would be knocked out by the force, effectively ending the fight.
 

”Tch. That’s it?” She would mutter as the boy flew off, shrugging as she turned back towards the village. ”What a buzzkill.” She groaned.
