Altar looked to the somewhat grand gated that had held him here as of late. He now needed to not only step outside them, but step far outside them. He was traveling to a far off place. He did, however, need some form of approval to leave. So here he stood at the gates, waiting for them to open, and he'd be let through.

As it turned out, fortune was not shining down upon the poor Altar boy, whom was in fact, imminently about to get fucked up by Xyxer and his pal that was perhaps a molester, Jester. He was still teaching him the ropes, you see. "Why're you leaving, Altar?"

Altar looked to Xyxer and the other man, whom he did not know. He looked dangerous, though, and Altar was very wary of stranger danger. You never know who could be a molester, after all.
"I wish to prove myself. I have hopes to travel to Amegakure, and seek and forge an alliance." Altar would say

A noble cause, and a goal that could quite possibly result in the strenghtening of Tengakure.. Xyxer could send a letter to the leader of Amegakure, but this result would look more friendly, almost as if it was an offering. Naturally, if the boy was not to return soon, he would go searching for the boy himself. He didn't know if the shinobi in Amegakure were savages or what. He nodded his head, giving the boy passage from the village and left him simply on his humble journey.

Altar was pushed on his way by Xyxer, and he couldn't be happier. This was his rite of passage. He would surely be praised for this attempt, as they would have a new friend in a new village. And even if he was unsuccesful in his attempt, there was still the travel and attempt, which in of itself was a great and brave thing to do.
But then a bitter taste formed in his mouth, and Altar was reminded of what this was. And with thatm he left the village.
