Skill Name:  Storm Talon Style  

Appearance:  A martial arts style themed around the structure of agility, precision, and the user's chakra to change the nature of their movement and strikes. Their movements are so swift they appear as bolts of lightning or light, having the storm's fury coursing through their veins.

Backstory: A style developed by a user of Storm Release-- allowing for a new form of nin-tai jutsu. They were initially developed after the study of 'dragons' at their grace and power through the heavens. The use of storm release is channeled in the taijutsu user's limbs, giving the user a sense of powerful speed and piercing, slicing and explosive might in their strikes, even via open palms to slicing gestures, turning their body into unexpected weapons.

Effect:  This style allows for the use of high-speed taijutsu techniques. Taijutsu and Weaponry techniques used by this method are all based on speed stat and gain a hue of energy like in storm release techniques. Further, despite specialty, specific storm releases ninjutsu techniques can be used with tai or weaponry specialty-- but must be treated by speed stat, as the body and chakra control is used instead of hand seals.

Fighting Styles allow the user to alter the calculations and stat requirements of techniques within the respective specialties, however, they are specific to the Taijutsu and Bukijutsu specialties.

This skill does more than that, as it also allows the user to scale certain Ninjutsu with the Speed stat, which unfortunately makes this concept not viable.
