A chance encounter (private)

It was a beautiful day in Kirigakure, Jaiden has been putting in extra work with missions and helping with the orphanage. He was a bit stiff in that regard since he hasn't put in much work like this lately and decided that it was time and due for a check up, one he's been putting off for awhile now. Jaiden would get up from his bed and stretched his body out. Jaiden would grab his clothes and went to the bathroom to get himself a nice shower. Once he was done he would grab his special style clothes that resemble a three piece suit but was easy to remove. He would grab his headband and wrapped it around his arm before starting to head out the door. As he walked he saw a few of the kids out helping with odd jobs and some learning to become Shinobi. The tall dark skin man would continue to walk through the many districts smelling the food through the food district, and hearing the kids laughing and running through to get to the academy. That definitely took him back to a time where he was still there and learning his way. Eventually he would come up to the hospital where he proceeded inside to the front desk. He would stand there and began to fill out his paperwork looking for a quick check up maybe he could get a physical if need be. He would look around the room before his named was called fairly quickly.

He would stand up and began to walk towards the back room following the nurse. He wasn't used to being in a hospital as he normally was heal by a random shinobi that helped at the orphanage. Once he got to the room he would sit on the bed looking around after the nurse said someone would be in to do the check up soon. He would wait for a minute before standing up again, he would lean forward some to let his long dreads drape down just in time for the doctor to come in as he throws his head back letting his dreads go back in place as he ties them up while smiling. "Hello there." He said softly, his voice was deep and welcoming when heard his eyes focused on them as he smiled gently. The tall, dark skin, mountain of a man would sit back down on the bed and waited for them to come into the room as he started to sit back down and waited for them.

The examination room was brightly lit, with sunlight streaming in through a window that offered a view of the bustling village outside. The walls were painted a calming shade of light blue, adorned with charts and diagrams of human anatomy. In one corner, there was a small sink and counter with various medical supplies neatly arranged. A comfortable, padded examination table occupied the center of the room, along with a couple of chairs for visitors. The air was clean and sterile, carrying a faint scent of antiseptic.

Kaimera walked into the room with a mix of confidence and subtle nervous energy, his heterochromatic eyes scanning the area. His white and black hair framed his boyish face, now unblemished by any scars. Dressed in medical-nin scrubs, he exuded an air of both professionalism and approachability, ready to attend to his patient.

"Good morning, Jaiden," Kaimera greeted, glancing at the chart in his hand to confirm the name. His voice was polite. He took in the sight of the tall, dark-skinned man before him, noting the way he carried himself with a mix of strength and gentleness. The sight was... unexpectedly captivating. As Jaiden stood there, his presence seemed to fill the room, making Kaimera acutely aware of every detail. The way Jaiden's muscles moved beneath his clothes, the calm yet powerful aura he exuded, all of it struck Kaimera with an intensity he hadn't anticipated. His heterochromatic eyes were momentarily wide as he processed the unexpected attraction. Kaimera could feel his cheeks flush slightly at the thought, his heart beating a bit faster. He quickly refocused, reminding himself of his professional duties. "I'm here to conduct your check-up," he said, his voice steadying as he tried to maintain his composure.

Stepping forward, Kaimera's gaze flicked back to the chart, seeking solace in the familiar routine of examination. Yet, every movement Jaiden made seemed to draw Kaimera's attention back to him, a magnetic pull that was hard to resist. He mentally chastised himself for letting his thoughts wander, but it was impossible to ignore the undeniable presence that Jaiden had.

Kaimera took a deep breath, steadying himself as he prepared to begin the check-up. "Ready to begin," Kaimera questioned, his voice regaining a measure of its usual confidence. Despite the internal turmoil, he managed a shy smile, determined to provide the best care possible while wrestling with his unexpected feelings. Kaimera began his examination, his hands steady. He checked Jaiden's vital signs, noting the strong, steady heartbeat and the healthy rhythm of his breathing. "You're in good shape," he commented, his voice softening with a hint of admiration. "But it's clear you've been pushing yourself hard. Make sure to give yourself time to rest and recover. The village needs you at your best."

Jaiden would notice the way Kaimera was looking at him, the way his eyes widened at the sight of Jaiden just brought a bigger smile to him. It wasn't often he was stared at like this but it made him chuckle a bit to himself as he felt Kai's approachable and professional aura exuding from him as well before noticing the blushing face on him. Jaiden would lean against the bed a bit after adjusting his hair correctly so one dread strand dropped from his head to in front of his face. When Kai refocused Jaiden would cross his arms when he said he was gonna be the one who will run his check up on him. "Well thank you doctor, it would be a bit off if you weren't the one to give me a check up but I don't know I might have welcomed it." He said in a teasing tone now as he felt like it after seeing the way Kai blushed and stared at him for a bit. As the black and white hair doctor approaches him Jaiden would relax his frame a bit. When Kai touched his chest Jaiden would look down at the shorter male as he spoke Jaiden voice would get a bit deeper almost rattling Kai's ears when he spoke now.

"Thank you, I definitely try to be, but you know I didn't quite get your name." He told him as he he stared at the younger male. When he brought up how much he's been working Jaiden couldn't help but let out a good laugh. "Well that's very true, I do have a habit of pushing myself a bit harder than I should, I think I need a buddy to help me learn how to relax at this rate otherwise you might be seeing me a lot more in here." He joked as his hand reached up and gently patted Kai's in the process. His hand was obviously much larger than Kai's as Jaiden stares at him. "Is that all you need to check or is there more. I did recently my body might need a once over with a bit of healing if it's not too much." He said as he smiled letting his eyes scan over their face a bit.

He looked up, meeting Jaiden's gaze, and felt his heart rate quicken. Jaiden's voice, deeper and almost rattling in his ears, further flustered him. Trying to steady his voice, Kaimera managed a small, shy smile. "I'm Kaimera Yakedo," he replied, feeling the weight of the moment. "And it's nice to meet you." The words felt simple given the intensity of his emotions.

When Jaiden let out a laugh at the mention of how much he had been working, Kaimera couldn't help but smile. Kaimera nodded, regaining a bit of his professional composure. "Of course, I can take a closer look and provide some healing if needed," he said, his voice softening. "Let's make sure you're in the best shape possible." He stepped back slightly, preparing to use his medical ninjutsu to assess and heal any lingering injuries. Despite the flurry of emotions, he focused on the task at hand, determined to provide the best care for Jaiden. Forming a series of hand signs, Kaimera’s hands glowed a green aura due to the Mystical Palm Technique. Kaimera's hands moved over his body, the glow of his chakra enveloping regions as he began the healing process. He could feel the subtle shifts in Jaiden's energy, the places where tension had settled and worked to release it with practiced ease. The feeling of Jaiden's strong presence beneath his hands was exhilarating.

He was getting redder and it was definitely making Jaiden smirk more, he doesn't know why but he wanted to make him a tomato by the end of this check up. Jaiden would look over him as he reapproached him when he started to recheck his vitals again Jaiden couldn't help but tease him more as his hand moved to the small of Kai's back and pushed him closer to his body as he looked down at him. "Oh the pleasure is definitely mine." He teased him more as he looked at him his eyes almost filled with want but he refrained for now. It would also occur to Jaiden that he's been touchy and flirty with Kaimera despite not really knowing him. Maybe this cute face of his flipped a switch or maybe Jaiden been so focused on the orphanage that he missed out on living a little. It could be possibly both but if Jaiden wasn't careful who knows what could happen. He would then remove his hand from his back as he placed his hand on the bed. "Ooh sorry seems I need a deeper check up than I thought, I am feeling a bit mmm hot." He told him as he watched him started to move his hands before doing a medical jutsu in front of him. Jaiden didn't know this jutsu but he was still smiling as he felt his hands back on his body. His muscular frame tensed then relaxed under his touch before looking back at Kai as he tried to make some kind of small talk. "So Kai, are you okay with me calling you that?" He asked as he smiled a bit. "How long have you been here and why is this the first time we're meeting?"

He asked him as he immediately went back into flirty mode. "I been through here a few times maybe we just missed each other." He said as his body reacted to the feeling of the healing as his muscles relaxed immediately as he stretched his neck softly. "Also maybe I should sit down my legs and thighs need some looking at hmm you might want to be a bit careful my reflexes tend to move." He told him as he gently sat down on the bed as he looked at Kai. Despite him sitting down he was still looking down a bit as he chuckled to himself.

"Let's make sure everything is in order," Kaimera said, his voice softening as he focused on his task. Despite the teasing, he remained dedicated to providing the best care possible, his professional instincts kicking in. As Jaiden's muscular frame tensed and then relaxed under Kaimera's touch, he couldn't help but feel the strong connection forming between them. Jaiden's voice, playful, cut through the tension in the room. "So, Kai, are you okay with me calling you that?"

Kaimera managed a smile, trying to maintain his professional composure despite the fluttering in his chest. "Yes, that's fine," he replied, his voice soft and a bit shy. Kaimera chuckled softly, feeling a bit more at ease. "I've been here for a while, but I guess our paths just never crossed," he said, his eyes meeting Jaiden's. "I spend a lot of my time in the morgue, actually. It's not exactly the most social part of the hospital." He gave a shy smile, the blush still lingering on his cheeks. "So, unless you have a habit of visiting the morgue, it's no wonder we haven't met before." The humor in his voice was gentle, aiming to lighten the mood and share a small glimpse into his everyday reality. The room seemed to hum with a quiet energy, the connection between them growing deeper with each passing moment. Kaimera felt a sense of anticipation, wondering where this newfound connection might lead. For now, he was content to enjoy the present.

As Kaimera approached him again Jaiden would start to really look him over, the feeling of his back dimples could be felt through Kai's scrubs a bit but he couldn't say anything about that it might not be a good look. Jaiden would then chuckle as he rubbed the back of his head a bit. "Luckily I don't, I tend to not visit the hospital that much they tend to not tell you any good news but I'm might have to come up here every so often at this rate just for a hmm check up. Don't you think?" He asked him as he watches Kai's hands move he could see the reddening cheeks. "I must be coming off strong to you right now. I can assure you that typically I'm not this hmm aggressive but talking to you I don't feel much more calming and fun." He admitted to Kaimera as his aching body started to fully relax at his touch. "Perhaps we should meet around more, I'd love to get to know you better." He told him as he raised a hand up and started to rotate his arm around after feeling the tension that was on him had basically left. "Maybe we can hang out more after your shift if you're busy of course." He said as he adjusted his sleeves and headband on his arm his eyes falling back to Kaimera. Jaiden would rise up once more when he felt his body was becoming more relaxed than before. Honestly he wants to keep this going but he also knows someone might need his attention much more than Jaiden does in this moment.

"If you want I'm more free today, if you get off soon we can find some place to sit and talk unless, again, you're gonna be busy today. I know hospital tend to get rowdy really quick." He said as his hair fell from its ponytail as the item he was using was losing its elasticity and constantly trying to hold back dreads were quickly dropping it. "Damn looks like my hair decided to come out to say hi too." He chuckled before grabbing his hair again and tied it back up but he instead took one of the longer dreads and wrapped it around and tied it to another dread to hold it in for now. "Seems I need to buy more ties." He could use his headband but that'll eventually come off too he needs something stronger.

He could envision them sitting in a cozy café or walking through the serene park, away from the clinical atmosphere that surrounded them now. "I'd love to hang out more," he said, his tone filled with excitement. "After my shift, we can find a quiet spot to chat and relax. It sounds like a great way to unwind." As Jaiden adjusted his hair, Kaimera couldn’t help but chuckle at the casual intimacy of the moment. The ease with which Jaiden handled even the small inconveniences of life made Kaimera feel more at ease himself. "Looks like we both could use a break," he said with a playful gaze in his eyes. "And maybe some new hair ties."

Kaimera's thoughts wandered to the thought of their budding friendship. He appreciated Jaiden's warmth and the way he made even a stressful environment feel a little lighter. The idea of getting to know Jaiden better outside the confines of the hospital was appealing, and Kaimera found himself looking forward to it more than he had anticipated. "If you’re free now, we could head out once my shift ends," Kaimera suggested, his voice filled with hopeful anticipation. "I'd really like to get to know you better too. We might not get much quiet time here with all the hustle and bustle."

He watched his movements the way his eyes became playful how gentle Kai's voice becomes when he trying to remain professional and respectful. Jaiden was really starting to take more notice of Kaimera and his form. "Good, if not I don't think we'd ever would have met." He teased a bit as he went back to listening to his voice, eventually a soft dark blush spreads across his face unbeknownst to him. "Good, good. I'm glad to bring something new to your day." He said as he let out another soft chuckle while he placed his hands on his pockets as that soft smile almost refused to leave his face as his eyes followed Kaimera's as if he was trying to read him a bit. Then upon hearing him say that he'd loved to hang out with him made Jaiden smile more. When he made the suggestion that they could go after his shift just made Jaiden more excited he was containing it a bit as he adjusted himself once more. "Today I'm free for anything." He said as he thought a nice quiet place where they can just relax and let themselves be free sounded amazing honestly and Jaiden could go for a relaxing atmosphere especially with someone who first thought to him was that they wanted a spar. "If you don't mind me asking how long is your shift anyway?" He asked as he went back to leaning against the bed since now he wasn't planning on leaving the room.

"I'm certain there's a nice little cafe we can go to. You have a sweet tooth?" He asked softly as his voice relaxed more as he thought about a few cafes out in the village and of places where they could just be alone to talk with each other. When he brought up the hustle and bustle of the hospital Jaiden couldn't help but laugh. "You're definitely right about that, I'm guessing they are thinking you're giving me a check up. Must be something serious since I have you here for so long." He said as he instinctively licked his drying lips, it was something he did out of habit and he didn't really think about it when he did it his mind was still racing thinking about where they could go. He would then look out towards the window, since it was such a good view, and thought about different ways to get to certain places.
