My Immortal

Shikami had debated with himself for several nights how he would excuse his sudden running off from Primrose Uchiha. The Woman of the red eyes, something about them enchanted him and it was not her genjutsu prowess. Shikami had since that time been handling things at Pelican island, but he decided to pay her a visit. He was not one for snooping information from his position of power that he held. But how else was he to find her house? He had cleaned up and dressed nicely. He felt bad about how the last time went, so he wanted to take her somewhere a bit nicer this time around. Dressed in a suit and tie he was saving for special occasions, he also had brought a dozen roses, a mixture of black, red and purple, something about those colors screamed out at him when mixed together.

He would take a breath before knocking on the door of Primrose. He noted at how the building looked as a whole, no one should have to live like this, specially one of her stature, he had an idea but he kept that to himself till later in the evening. He stood awaiting the lady to open the door.

Shikami blushed a little at hearing the nickname, and seeing Prim dressed in such a comfortable set of cloths. He would follow her inside as she had taken the flowers and put them in a vase, listening as she made note of the colors and her house. "Appologies Prim, I did abuse my power a bit as Warden of Pelican Island now, and gleaned a look into your address, as for the colors its rather circumstanstial, you see, I see my colors as Purple and Black due to the color of my chakra and my shade release, and when I look at you, specially after seeing your eyes when you flashed them at me, all I can see when I see the colors of Red and Black together is you." Shikami would gulp a little, he knew that sounded cheesy, but he had to tell her how it was that he felt.

Shikami had been conversing with the Yuumei within in how to handle this situation, and it told him that honesty and communication would be the key to obtaining what it was his heart seemed so set on. Shikami did indeed to ignore the house however because all he could do was look at her. After he realized he was staring he would decide to quickly look around and say to her " I um....was hoping to possibly see if you would like to go out on a date, a bit more offiically this time, and somewhere a little nicer" What he left out was that he had already made reservations, he just was hoping she would agree to going.

Shikami would stare for just a moment before he would straighten himself up and stand. He had indeed taken a seat as he had waited, once she had stepped forward and her movement broke the trance that was on him for the moment, He would smile softly as she asked how she looked, the only response that came from his mouth as a single word " Perfect" and with that Shikami would turn to his side and create a hook with his arm for her to loop her arm through. To which once that was done he would lead her out the door to a waiting Jinrikisha, the covered carriage which was pulled by another person. he would help her up firstly and than stepped up himself.

He had already discussed with the man pulling the cart where it was they were to go to, and to pull up in a manner for him to step out first and be able to assist the lady out. The man knowing just who he was working for would indeed follow all instructions that had already been previously given knowing a good payday was in store. The Resturant they pulled up to seemed both traditional like and yet popular. A line formed around the front, and as they were dropped off, Shikami did indeed get out first, and helped Prim out of the carriage. To which he would lead her past the bouncer who stood in front of a line of complaining customers. Shikami had already arranged for everything , so while it seemed unfair to waiting personages, the bouncer already knew to expect him and how he would be arriving as to be able to recognize him.

As soon as they stepped inside the person waiting inside to seat people immediately bowed respectfully and announced to the pair "Welcome Lord Shinkou and Lady Uchiha, please right this way" he had to address them by their last names, and Shikami had greatly hoped that Prim would indeed accept the offer, otherwise he would have had to cancel all these fancy plans he had went through. As they stepped in music from a live orchestra could be heard, they sat at a spot where the table was close enough to the music, but far enough that it was not obsurdly loud, and they were also a few steps away from a cleared spot on the floor that seemed to be made for dancing couples if the mood so struck them.

Ambiance:

Shikami would nod to the waiter having already arranged the first set of drinks to be brought out upon their sitting, a bucket of ice with champange in it and two glasses was set at the table. An hors d'oeuvre of oysters was set at the table and a menu placed in front of the setting of Prim's plate had already been waiting before they sat at their seats, Shikami indicated which was her seat by walking behind it and pulling it out for her to sit to which he would signal by waving a inviting hand. Once seated he would gently push her seat into place to which he would than walk around and take his seat. While she looked over the menu he would pour the champagne which was already opened and allowed to breath. First he glass and than his own, to which he would set each down. His order he had already picked out and knew , he awaited her to be ready. The majority of the evening to this moment he was rather silent, only barely talking , just enough to answer a question here or there if it seemed important to him to do so.

Shikami would wave the waiter over once Prim was ready and if Prim had told him what she wanted when he had asked, he would tell the waiter both of their orders. His own being a Wagyu Steak cooked to medium rare with Aspargus on the side and sautaded Mushrooms on the top, and to ensure that the fat was rendered. He would say his order after Prim gave hers. To which once the Waiter left Shikami would begin to ask her a variety of questions. Everything to get to know her as a person, and to get a list of favorites of hers. he tried his best to talk as little as possible and asked questions to try and have Prim talking about herself if he could.

After their meal was brought to them and finished, A song began to play that made Shikami stand up and ask Prim for a dance. If she accepted he would take her by the hand and lead her to the dance floor, to which he would than turn and face her and wrapping one arm around her waist, pulling her close, and his other hand taking her hand and holding their arms gently up in the proper position, he would begin to guide her around the dance floor.

As the dance ended, Prim placed her head against Shikami's Shoulder. To which he would just place his hand on the back of her head and held her for a moment. As She spoke her words all Shikami could say in response to her is " You are Special Primrose, you should always feel this way and you should not have to feel like you need to thank me for this" At which point Shikami would pull away enough to look down upon her and slide his hand under her chin, their faces already close at this point. Her words about coming back for a drink struck his ears, but before responding, Shikami let his feelings take hold and flow. The dark haired male that never truely loved before, leaned in and gently placed his lips upon hers, hoping to feel the push back of her lips against his own.

If so than when he finally  broke away from the kiss, his eyes still closed he let out a whispered " Yes" that only she could hear. At that moment Shikami would walk by the table, with her hand in his as he lead her away once more. Dropping the money on the table for both the meals and the tip for the waiter. To which Shikami than lead her out back to the carriage as they approached, the man running them readied it once more and took them back to her house. Once there Shikami would also pay him a hefty sum, a tip was included. The man took off as Shikami turned around and followed behind Primrose to her house. If she allowed him to, he would follow her inside and would take a seat within the front room area. Shikami got a better look around as he waited for her to treat him to a drink this time. When she returned, he had undone the singular button that held his coat on over his vest so he could sit more comfortably, and he took the drink with a thanks and sipped it before asking her " I see the conditions that you live in, and I was wondering if you would consider coming to live at my place. It is much to big for me alone and you would have the selection of room, minus the one I already have deemed as mine. Until such a time we see how things grow and maybe one day my room become yours? Whatever you are comfortable with, I just hate seeing you in such a run down location." Shikami did not know if this was just him or the drinks talking at this point.

Shikami sat there sipping his drink as they talked through the night, She finally had responded to his offer and when she leaned forward he would return the light kiss, in response his free hand not holding a drink would wrap gently around the back of her head and he would kiss her again, this time deeper. After a bit he would back his lips away from hers right as she went to utter the words about not wanting the night to end, to which Shikami would place his glass down on the table and wrap that free arm around her waist and pulled her into his lap as he would than stand up and whispered to her " than lets not let it end, and make it memorable" to which he would kiss her again, walking her down her hall and into her bedroom. he did not care to shut the door since she lived alone. But he would lead her to her bed before laying her down and giving them both night to remember and start off their relationship in quite a real way.

-Fade to Black-

In the morning Shikami would awaken next to Prim, his arm wrapped around her shoulder holding her close to his chest as he just smiled, remembering the night before, looking around the room to see what their antics had made the room look like, it would be a mess, but it was one hell of a way to make a mess. Shikami closed his eyes as he took in the release of Seratonin it was to hold Prim, feeling her steady breathing against his chest. he would take his hand wrapped around her and brush her hair from her face as he just watched her sleep until she awoke.
