With the crew finally together, save for Katsurgi taking his leave in a rush, Oda would silently and respectfully stand and await orders. He couldn’t help but feel a bit like a small fish in a big pond now, and the nervous excitement of the trip was finally bearing its ugly head now that it really seemed to be happening.

He was pulled out of his thoughts by the motioning of the group and them beginning to walk. Oda would follow behind, although would perk up and be shaken out of his nervousness by the words of Junko. He would give a friendly smile at the moniker she had given him, only to have that smile shift into one of shock as he stopped walking for a second. He would continue, realizing that she was continuing to speak, and nod along eagerly.

“Absolutely Ms.Tsukiko.” He would give a reverent bow, bowing at the waist briefly, “Thankyou Ms.Tsukiko” While undoubtedly excited, he treated the increased rank as a sign of more responsibility as well, and it was not something Oda took lightly. His mind would begin to race with the excitement of advancement and a higher rank.

With his agreement to take on the rank, Junko would procure a flak jacket with the Tsukigakure symbol on it, as well as a nice bonus of 10k Ryo. Oda would thank Junko once again, holding onto the jacket like a prized possession he would throw it on with zeal, smoothing out any folds and pulling at it to make it fit snug against his body. With a beaming smile he would nod his head at her silent order to join the boat. Giving one last bow he would wordlessly make his way to the ship.

With a burst of excitement and a friendly smile he would wave to Jun as she left "Bye Jun!" he would say enthusiastically.

Spending some time there, he would help the sailors load some provisions, and make friendly small talk with the various crew members. He would be tempted to approach the other shinobi in his traveling crew, but Takeshiyama seemed to value his quiet time and Katsurgi seemed to be in a bit of a mood. So, he elected to help out around the ship.

Soon enough, the ship would be ready to depart, with a quick discussion amongst his travelling companions, Oda would agree to depart the ship and instead teleport there with Akabayashi. He was thankful for the option, as his stack of Ryo was really quite small even with the bonus from becoming Chuunin.

He would kill the time as the ship traveled by helping the port out with some hauling of goods. Eventually however, the time to travel would come, and Oda would come to be standing next to Akabayashi, nervous for the journey ahead but not able to think about it for too long before the man would teleport Oda, and himself to the Temple of Jashin.
