Backstory: Discovered by Raikur Shokku, Electric Sand was formed by manipulating sand particles to cause friction, resulting in electrical currents. As well as its capabilities in combat, Electric Sand has been praised for its ability to assist in providing electricity to general communities when needed.

What it does:
The user can prepare and create electric sand within a topic. The AP cost represents how much AP it takes for the user to create 2 Sand Charges per post within a topic. This jutsu only allows for the creation of the mineral sand and separate jutsu must be created in order to use it.

A/S Rank jutsu derived from electric sand have the following stats (these cannot be altered):
Power: 80 / Vigor + 30 (Superior Stat)
Speed: 50 / Vigor (Neutral Stat)
Health: 20 / Vigor - 30 (Inferior Stat)
Traits:
Floating Terror: Like Mineral Sand, Electric Sand can float in midair and can also travel through the ground. Separate Techniques can be made to change the density of the sand. It can cause physical things to fall right through it like air or can be made to be as hard as a rock.
Lightning Superiority/Inferiority: Electric Sand is strong against earth and has +25 Health/Power against earth based techniques. Electric Sand is weak against wind and has -25 Health/Power when clashing with wind techniques.
Paralytic Particles: Electric Sand Techniques are capable of taking advantage of the high volume of electricity within the sand, impacting the nervous systems of targets caught inside and causing them to become paralyzed. Separate techniques must be apped with this trait for it to become active.
