What it does: The user, through their trained physical prowess, can harness their internal pressure and expel it with violent, destructive force. This can be done by inhaling and then exhaling. The pressure wave is spherical, is generated with the user as its center at jutsu speed, and dissipates once it reaches its maximum range. The user's equipment is not affected by this pressurized blast.
Targets struck by Budokai: Raging Blast blast suffer blunt force damage equal to jutsu power. Even when used as a bukijutsu by a bukijutsu user, this technique always deals blunt force damage. Targets with less strength than this technique's power are knocked off their feet and launched 2/5/10/15 meters back at jutsu speed, minus the target's strength. Targets knocked back are considered stunned for the duration they are launched and cannot perform handseals. Projectiles thrown at a speed equal to or less than the power of this technique are knocked back to their point of origin.
Though this shockwave is physical, it can interact with chakra-based techniques. Chakra-based techniques of lower power that class with Raging Blast will dissipate.
At A Rank, the user may focus their breath forward, creating a cannon of pressurized air 10(A)/15(S) meters wide and travels 40/60 meters until dissipating. This cannon of pressurized air carries the qualities mentioned previously.
At S rank, the user can fire two Raging Blast before it goes on cooldown. These blasts can not occur within the same post.
If the user knows a fighting style, this technique will scale entirely off the chosen stat. This technique always provides an innate taijutsu barrier equal to jutsu power, regardless of the specialty used.
