Backstory: Flames are what protect an Uchiha, and are considered their greatest weapons outside of their own Sharingan and Genjutsu. As a result, this technique's creation was to combine both offense and defense to create a beautiful yet deadly offensive and defensive measure against foes one on one, or all around the user.

What it does: Using the principles of Iaigiri, the Uchiha devised a technique that could help them against multiple opponents all at once. As When an Uchiha draws their sword, from the sharp edge of the blade, starting directly from the tip. A blazing ring of pinkish orange fire begins to surround the Uchiha from all sides as their sword completes its movement in a 360 degree motion. The ring of fire expands immediately from the sword being drawn, touching the ground instantly as it sets forth to expand around the user, however never touching them. The ring of fire grows in height and radius. Growing to a height of 5/10/20 Meters, and expanding in a diameter of 20/40/60 meters in all directions. The blazing rings of fire will eat away at flesh and armor alike. As the sword is also capable of clashing with jutsu directly as a result of this technique.

As a result of the sheer fire power and burning power emitted from the user's sword, both it, and the ring of fire have a special property. Medical Jutsu can be clashed while using this jutsu, in which if the power of this jutsu is higher then the power of the medical jutsu in question, then they will not be able to regenerate and their medical jutsu will be placed on cooldown. This technique will completely burn away jutsu if they do not have Power or Health equal to this jutsu’s power. Jutsu that have Equal power will also be dispelled and placed on cool down immediately along with Summer’s edge.

The height and radius' are too large, please reconsider them.

Not a fan of this in its current context, do a check against the med tech if you want to keep it.

Unless you want to add Fuuinjutsu to this technique, clashing directly with placed seals wont be allowed; I assume having done this that you have a precedent in mind to justify this addition, if so, feel free to DM it to me. If not, then please remove it.

Still the aspect of the range being too large mate.

I don't have time to do the maths but at S rank with it going to a height of 35m and 60m in all directions it's massiiiiveeee compared to other techs of a similar rank and scope.

Fixed the height to shorten it to be 20 meters high at S-Rank
