Backstory: Someone wanted to shoot air from their fingertips using Wind Release.

It was very effective.

Appearance: Chakra swells in the tip of the user's finger, as only those with chakra sight can see the condensing of the Wind Chakra. Then, with a point of the user's finger, a blast of wind that's 5 cm in width and height is shot out of their finger.

What it does: Condensing Wind chakra into the user's fingertip, they can create a thin blast of wind chakra 40mm in diameter to pierce through an opponent's body. However, depending on the rank of the jutsu, the user has a set amount of wind bullets that they can fire, with both C-Rank and B-Rank having a maximum of five shots that they can use in a post, however for the A-Rank version of the technique. The User gains +1 bullet per extra post active, meaning if they shoot three bullets in their first post, they can fire three more during their second post, and if they fired two bullets during their first post and second post, they’d be able to fire 2 during their third post as well.

The most significant advantage of this jutsu is that it can change its direction to reach a target and can curve up to 90 degrees when traveling towards a target until the maximum distance in a straight line has been reached. When the bullets come in contact with an opponent, the user can choose whether it explodes. If chosen for them to explode, They will explode in half a meter diameter at C-Rank, exploding a full 1-meter diameter at B-Rank, and finally, A 2-meter diameter or 1-meter radius at A-Rank. It causes a shredding wind to be expelled from the bullets that the person has to make a strength check for. If their strength stat is lower then the power of this jutsu, they are pushed back by 5/10/15 Meters backwards. If their strength stat is equal to or higher, they are not pushed backwards.
