What it does: The user exhales a thin gust of wind from their mouth that of 10cm, that rapidly expands 10 meters for each meter traveled until it reaches 20 meters in width. The vortex snakes its way in the direction it was fired, at jutsu speed, until it reaches the maximum range.

The resulting torrent will deal damage equal to jutsu power, and the churning rapids will violently push targets back to the jutsu's endpoint at jutsu speed. Furthermore, targets caught in the blast will be heavily disoriented and unable to form handseals and hand seals substitutes. If the target is trapped within the vortex but has a strength equal to or greater than the power of this jutsu, it can resist both the above effects and escape the current.

Nonorganic targets caught in the blast, such as environmental. Jutsu constructs and equipment must have the power or health to resist being swept away by the current. For constructs bigger than the jutsu, only the part that comes in contact will be knocked back.
