Backstory: Since the beginning of the Uchiha clan Hate has been a road to great power. Granting many benefits and this is simply one of them.

What it does: The user spends a stack of hatred every post this jutsu is active. Their emotions swell up as their body fills with power gaining +90 to both their Vigor and Chakra stats. When clashing with opposing jutsu the user may spend an additional stack of hate to automatically win any ties.
The user's emotions run extremely high as their hate or need for vengeance runs cold. Allowing them to tap into ancient Uchiha power gaining a massive boost to both their Vigor and their Chakra stat. (+90) However, in order to maintain this jutsu the user must also spend a stack of hate on every post. When clashing with an opposing jutsu the user may spend an additional stack of hate to automatically win any draws.
