Name: Dual Omni-Directional Barriers

History: While being surrounded by a large sprawling Forest is a good natural defense, it doesn't help with aerial or underground defense, so these barriers were put into place to help cover those lacking defenses and reinforce the Village's Safety.
Appearance: Two 360 degree spheres of invisible energy.
What it does:
These Barriers are functional due to a 12 Seal system put in place around the village and just outside the village’s walls. The first 4 seals are placed in the cardinal directions (N, S, E, W) within the village with another set of 4 place at the inbetween areas for those cardinal directions (NW, SW, NE, SE) these 8 seals make up the inner barrier. The last four are also placed in the Cardinal Directions but placed in spots within the range of the outer barrier.
The seals themselves have a health of 150, destroying or Breaking them with Fuinjutsu Breaking simply disables the barrier for that portion the seal was powering. (Ex. If the outer west seal was destroyed it would only bring down the west side of the outer barrier, the remaining sides would remain up along with the inner barrier being unaffected.)
Any disturbances of the seals or attacks on the barrier itself will send an alert to the Sensory and Communication Unit.
The outer barrier has a height and width of 200 meters, 100 meters of it is above ground while the other 100 meters is below ground. The width shares the same area as the Path of Wicked. The outer barrier allows entry for anyone to pass through acting more as an additional form of alert and detection.
The Inner Barrier dimensions cover the range of the village walls and 50 meters above and below the ground. This barrier is meant for actual defense defending against chakra and Physical attacks.
Additional abilities of the Dual barriers are as follows:
Air Filtration:
The ability to take the already existing air particles and put them through a cleansing aura to dissipate and refine the air into clean breathable air from any source. This is a noticeable difference from inside the barriers to outside of them, giving people that feeling of breathing in fresh air for the first time. The mechanical benefits of this function is it makes it impossible for any form of toxic, toxin-filled, poisonous Wind based attacks to be used while within either barrier’s range. (This still allows Wind Element techniques to be used, it simply takes away any capability to infuse those attacks with toxins and the sort.)
This function of the barriers don’t filtrate two areas within the barrier and that is the Training grounds and the Inferno Arena, this is to allow those who wish to train those types of abilities places to do so.
Detection and Alert:
This function of the barriers is to work in tandem with the Sensory and Communication Unit in keeping track of those within the Barrier. These function acts a refined tracking, giving a +25 to what sensory techniques trying to disguise individuals need to have power-wise to stay hidden. This effect is only in use when said individuals have crossed into range of the outside barrier and not the full range of the Sensory and Communication Unit.

This training is offered only to the most prospective of Konohagakure's Shinobi Forces.
Effect:
This skill allows the user to reduce the Cooldown of any techniques/jutsus used by their Main Specialization by 2 unable to reduce it below a cooldown of 1. The user will have to note which Specialization they had upon taking this skill and should they make another specialization their main they will have to relearn this Skill at an increased Word Count amount as if they had unlearned it and are relearning it once more.
This Skill does not stack with other Cooldown reducing skills.

One of the most respected and liked Clan in Konohagakure, The Nara clan has provided some of the best advisors to the leadership of the village for generations. This Clan is know for their Shadow Manipulation techniques and their close relationship with the deer even using their antlers in various medicine provided to Konohagakure, within the Nara Clan Forest a large portion of the woods outside Konohagakure. It is said that only those who are from the Nara clan can enter this forest without fear of being attacked by these deers or those that have gained permission from someone of the Nara Clan.
The Nara clan also has a close relationship with the Akimichi and Yamanaka Clans, with there being a tradition of forming trios “Ino-Shika-Cho” of clan members. Like the other two clans The Nara clan also has a tradition of gifting special earrings to their next generation Clan head upon reaching Chunin to signify they have become an Adult in their clan’s eyes. This tradition has been expanded to all members of the Clan to receive these ear rings as a symbol of being seen as an adult to those in the clan and the responsibilities that come with that distinction.
With the Nara Clan’s extensive knowledge of Medicine and tactical strategy they have often been found in high positions of advisors to various departments and even being the head of information for the Village at points in their long history.

What it does:
The user upon completing the necessary Handsigns channel Chakra into their shadow upon which it turns darker darting out with a width of 1 meter at jutsu speed towards the user’s target or maximum range in cases it is unable to get the target or target’s shadow. Upon making contact with the target or their shadow, hands of shadows will start to snake up the target’s body at jutsu speed restraining them in place while continuing to the target’s throat with the intent to strangle them. This translates into a stat check against the targets Strength if they have equal or higher strength to the technique’s power stat they will be able to break out of the restraint though will still take the full damage of the Technique's Power upon doing so. If the target is unable to resist the technique for a total of 3 posts they will be rendered unconscious due to the strangulation.
The user is able to have the shadow turn once per post up to 90 degrees, unless the user has the Sensory specialty which will allow this technique to have the ability to home in on the target as long as they are within range.
Another ability this technique has if the user so chooses to use it instead of the ability to strangle their target they may instead choose to have the hands break limbs or appendages. Up to 2 of either limb or appendags can be broken in a single use of this technique if its used in this fashion then the technique will go on cooldown after breaking the max amount of limb/appendages. The limbs/appendages broken can't not be used for the remainder of the thread/topic they are broken unless healed by a Medical Technique/jutsu of appropriate rank and application. If the target of this technique has higher strength then this techniques power then they can resist having their limbs broken and break free from the restraint.
If paired with the technique Shadow Imitation of matching Rank the caster can forgo the handseals listed they will still need to pay for the activation cost of the technique and the upkeep from Shadow Imitation that post. What it does:
Upon completion of the handseals, the user’s shadow darkens and extends towards the target at jutsu speed till it either reaches the target or maximum range. The user can turn the Shadow up to 90 degrees once per post, unless they have the Sensory specialty which will allow this technique to have the ability to home in on the target as long as they are within range. Should the shadow touch the target or their shadow when its merged within another shadow like a trees, the user and the target’s shadows will be merged and the target will mimic all movements the user makes regardless of threat or otherwise. This translate into being unable to make any physical handsigns or movements needed to do any jutsus/techniques this does not restrict the target’s ability to talk or breath or using any techniques/jutsus that use other triggers or handsealless.
Anyone caught by this technique will be subjected to a Strength check against this technique’s power. Should they have equal or higher strength they will be able to break free of the technique. This technique itself doesn’t deal any damage but due to this is able to be split into multiple shadows per rank, 1 shadow at C-rank, 2 Shadows at B-rank, 3 Shadows at A-rank and 4 shadows at S-rank.
These shadows can be attached to other targets laying dormant in their shadows awaiting for possible contact with a third party to merge the shadows. Should anyone or thing with these Dormant shadows go outside the maximum range of the technique they will dissolve. Only 1 target can be attached to each shadow. A sensory technique with equal or higher power than this techniques will be able to sense the dormant shadow.
This technique is the parent technique to many of the Shadow Manipulation techniques of the Nara clan and is required for many to use the others properly as such those born into the Nara Clan this technique will be slotless. Those inducted or taught it outside the clan, this will take a slot of the appropriate highest rank learned.

What it does:
Upon completion of the handseals, the user’s shadow darkens and extends towards the target at jutsu speed till it either reaches the target or maximum range. The user can turn the Shadow up to 90 degrees once per post, unless they have the Sensory specialty which will allow this technique to have the ability to home in on the target as long as they are within range. Should the shadow touch the target or their shadow when its merged within another shadow like a trees, the user and the target’s shadows will be merged and the target will mimic all movements the user makes regardless of threat or otherwise. This translate into being unable to make any physical handsigns or movements needed to do any jutsus/techniques this does not restrict the target’s ability to talk or breath or using any techniques/jutsus that use other triggers or handsealless.
Anyone caught by this technique will be subjected to a Strength check against this technique’s power. Should they have equal or higher strength they will be able to break free of the technique. This technique itself doesn’t deal any damage but due to this is able to be split into multiple shadows per rank, 1 shadow at C-rank, 2 Shadows at B-rank, 3 Shadows at A-rank and 4 shadows at S-rank.
These shadows can be attached to other targets laying dormant in their shadows awaiting for possible contact with a third party to merge the shadows. Should anyone or thing with these Dormant shadows go outside the maximum range of the technique they will dissolve. Only 1 target can be attached to each shadow. A sensory technique with equal or higher power than this techniques will be able to sense the dormant shadow.
This technique is the parent technique to many of the Shadow Manipulation techniques of the Nara clan and is required for many to use the others properly as such those born into the Nara Clan this technique will be slotless. Those inducted or taught it outside the clan, this will take a slot of the appropriate highest rank learned.
Like other Shadow Manipulation Techniques this can not be performed in utter darkness without a source of light but can be used if the user’s shadow happens to be contained in another larger shadow like that of a tree, however this does not allow the technique to go beyond the max range listed.

What it does:
Upon activation the User’s shadow darkens and what look to be strings of shadows attach themselves to the user enhancing their abilities. User’s of this enhancer will find that any techniques that require you to be apart of the Nara clan or taught by one have their Action Point costs halved for A-rank and Below for the duration of this enhancer. This AP reduction does not stack with the Chakra AP reduction.
Upon the User’s first activation of this technique they will choose any two stats to increase by 50/70 after that these chosen increases will be locked in and can not be changed even if activated in another topic. The stats that are chosen need to be marked on the user’s stat page once a choice has been made.
If the user either has Clanless Pureblood or the Abomination Skill they will be allowed to boost the enhanced stats by +10 turning the +50/+70 to +60/+80.
