Otoko woke up to the sound of his alarm, he actually got a great night's sleep, which was really nice considering his sleep history and the fact that today was a really important day. On this particular day, he was tasked with patrolling the outskirts of the Hoshigakure village to ensure the safety of the local citizens. His patrol internship went really well and he received great feedback from his superiors of things he could work on for his future patrolling the village. The outskirts of Hoshigakure were relatively safe compared to other areas. However, Otoko knew that it was still possible for vagrants and low-level criminals to use the less populated areas to lurk and perhaps even set up a base of operations. His mission was to patrol the area and handle any disturbances he discovered. While this was going to be different than anything Otoko had done before, he knew he was prepared and he would make the most of his first patrol mission.
As Otoko set out on his patrol, he carefully scanned his surroundings for any signs of danger. His sharp eyes took in every detail, from the rustling of leaves to the distant sound of footsteps.
