Himari Hyuuga

Basic Information
Age: 13
Birthday: July 21st
Gender: Female
Height: 4'5"
Weight: 101 lbs / 45 kg
Appearance: Hyuuga Himari has a lissome physique followed by short, black hair down to her nape with left-side parted fringes, a pair of featureless white eyes, a soft facial expression accompanied by a fair complexion with a small mole at the bottom corner of her left eye. Her attire typically consists of a long open-sleeved, lavender-colored qipao with purple and white accents, fishnet undergarments, mesh legwear, a thin violet choker, shorts, and black open-foot sandals with her other ninja tools holstered at her left-rear hip. An engraving of her clan symbol displays itself on the back of her qipao's torso. Her village forehead protector wraps around her hips.
Personality: Many things can be said of Hyuuga Himari, but if there's anything you should know it's that she's sympathetic and humorous. Of course, she's also dedicated, disciplined, and optimistic, but these are in a way balanced by being insulting as well. Her sympathetic nature though is what she's often adored for. On many occasions, people will count on this and her cheerfulness whenever they need to cheer up. Nobody's perfect of course and Himari has plenty of less favorable characteristics too. Her boisterous nature and impatient ways can cause things to heat up, much to the annoyance of others. Fortunately, her sense of humor is usually there to help mend things when needed.
Likes: Geki Kara Tsukemen, Playing games, Watering plants, Helping others, and Origami
Dislikes: Sea Cucumber, Winter, the Cold, Rough textures, and Sand
History: At the time of Himari’s birth, she was raised as an only child by her mother, Hyuuga Nozomi. She grew up in a small community on the outskirts of Konohagakure during her early childhood. And despite inheriting her parents’ Hyuuga bloodlimit, she currently cannot activate her Byakugan for reasons unknown. Nozomi attributes its absence to Himari possibly being a late bloomer, but nevertheless, has remained a cause for concern.
During her time training at the Academy, her inability to perform basic academy ninjutsu was later revealed during a medical examination to be hampered by her malformed chakra pathway system. This affliction has likely existed since birth and resulted in her being held back one year from graduating. Instead of deterring her from aspiring to become a kunoichi, this only gave her far more determination to overcome her setback. Throughout the following year, under her parent’s stringent tutelage and personal study of the medical arts, eventually graduated as a Genin.
Yet, her journey as shinobi fresh from graduation doesn't stop here. For each new day, she’ll seize an opportunity to learn not only more about herself but of what difference she can make for her village and the shinobi world at large.

Roleplay Sample:
It was barely after sundown with partially cloudy skies. A young, spry kunoichi Kong vaults and leaps through the dense forestry, careful to distribute the weight of each step upon landing to muffle the sound, but with enough strength to maintain her momentum and propel forward. The mission details were simple enough: rescue some civilian children and subdue the abductor. Thankfully, it would be a one-to-one situation from the information given, but it would be equally reasonable to assume her adversary may have lackeys hiding amidst the shadows.
Stopping several meters away in front of a clearing, she kneels, steadies her breath, and lets her eyes adjust to the gradual dimness. As she peers below, her brow furrows. A handful of children are tied to a tree trunk, some shaking, others wide-eyed, and a few muffled wailings. In front of them sat a lanky man by a small fire dressed in a rugged tunic, tattered long trousers, straw sandals, and a hefty club beside him while eating a leg of meat, bellowing at the kids to pipe down.
She takes a deep breath and performs a series of hand seals. At the base of the tree from where she knelt on a branch, a distortion at the bark appears and undulates until it refines its form to make an illusory replica of her visage. The original shifts behind the trunk as the replica takes a few steps forward.
"Hey!" She shouts and several pairs of eyes dart in her general direction. The shade from the trees helps mask both its presence and leaves enough from the light to outline her figure. "Leave them alone or you'll be sorry!"
The children didn't react, their abundant eyes shift to their abductor who simply takes another bite from his meal.
"Yeah?" He simpers. "A lil' shrimp like you, eh? Bugger off, you're disruptin' what lil' peace I have left here from all their yappin'."
The kunoichi bites her bottom lip, unbuttons the pouch at her rear hip, and unfurls a set of senbon.
"I mean it!" The replica retorted. "If you don't untie them now, I'll come over there and beat you to a pulp myself!"
"Try me." He replied nonchalantly and right on queue, the original threw three senbons directly towards him. All three strike true, digging into his neck, waist, and arm. He recoils from the stinging pain and off his stump.
"Told you so!" She giggles.
"Why you little—I ought to knock some sense into that empty dome-head of yours!" He snarls and removes the needles from his body. Grabbing his club, he lets loose a battle cry and bolts toward the replica, leaping in the air. "This should teach you some manners!" He arcs the club and crashes over her head, a rapid sequence of crunches and snaps reverberate, the blow subsequently kicks up a dust cloud, and the earth splinters from the point of impact.
"That oughta teach ya not to mess with me." He mutters with a smirk and as the dust finally settles—*POOF*—a puff of white smoke disperses the dust and reveals a sundered log of wood.
"Eh? What in the—"
And before he could finish his sentence, his vision goes blurry accompanied by a sharp, throbbing pain from the side of his head by something hard as he stumbles backward. The kunoichi lands behind him with her, pivots on the same foot, and reverse high kicks him on the other side of the head, sending him spinning about while struggling to maintain his footing. However, she would not relent and swiftly closes the distance between them. Delivering a burst of deft punches and kicks across multiple parts of his body, she finishes her combo with a sweep kick at his feet, spins once more, and delivers a final, weighty punch.
The blow sends him tumbling towards the same branch where her now damaged substitution lays. She assumes a stance and waits a moment longer to assess the damage. She's rewarded with only his disgruntled groans and moans. Pleased with her handiwork, she jogs over to the children and unbinds their rope.
"Is everyone OK? He didn't hurt any of you, did he?"
"I think everyone here's OK," Replied one of the kids. "And thank you for coming to save us!"
"Yeah," Adds another. "But what you did was so cool, though! You were all like, 'pow, boom, kapow'! He didn't even stand a chance!"
"Are you a kunoichi?" In a short time, a commotion conjured of inquiries and intrigues ensured.
"W-wait, hold on," She gestures and lowers her hands at them. The noise dies down a little. "One question at a time, please. I can tell you all about it when I get you all back to the village safe and sound. In the meanwhile," Looking to the hemp of rope by the tree, she strides over, picks it up, bounds the bandit up, and carries him over her shoulder. The group looks enrapt. "There we go!" She smiles and motions her hand forward. During the trek back to the village, one of the children runs up beside her side in askance.
"Hey, what's your name, by the way?"
"Himari. Hyuuga Himari!" She beams.

Good evening, young Hyuuga. You have seem to grasp the concept of the guidelines, but there are a few hiccups. The first being, you may only start with 1 of the Bloodline traits. Either chakra or speed. If you would like my opinion on the matter, I would choose speed. Secondly, you must make sure that your stats reflect that choice I just asked you to make. So you should have 100 stats plus an additional 25 for the bloodline trait.

Good evening!
Thank you for informing me and offering your suggestion! I was thinking the same thing myself when I had to choose between the two.
I've made the changes to the "Bloodline Bonuses" and reflected said changes under "Stats" to show a total of 100 stats plus an additional 25 from the bloodline trait as requested.
