Appearance:

Lucian's appearance could be considered as somewhat typical of that found in Lightning Country. This could first be observed upon noticing his skin tone. It is a darker shade, giving off a rich, warm brown hue. Additionally the top of his hair is tightly dreaded and braided into a prominent style of the region, with each braid sectioned and parted into rows which extend so far out that they slightly droop at the rear of his head. The sides of his hair are tapered, offering a subtle transition between his skin and the fine fibers of his faded sides. Lucian has distinguishable facial features, displaying a broad nose, full lips, and bright orange irises. Overall he exudes confidence and a strong sense of cultural identity through his physical features.
More aligned with the village of Kumogakure, Lucian maintains an incredible physique. His muscles are well defined, indicating that he maintains his great shape through a strict regiment of exercise and strength training. This ideology was imparted on him at an early age, which allowed him to center his lifestyle around healthy living. As a result, Lucian is quite lean with very minimal body fat.
Overtop of his body, Lucian typical wears a set of training pants and shirt. It is black and made from a lightweight material that allows for easy movement and breathability. Additionally he can be seen wearing a garment of high quality fabric that wandering ronin might be associated with. Like his training set, the robe is predominantly black in color with grey and bright gold accents in the form of embroidery. Overall the cloak is designed to be practical and stylish, offering a loose fit that is optimal for comfort and flexibility. Most often Lucian wears the hood of the cloak just atop of the crown of his head, almost as if it could fall off at a moment's notice. Somehow though, it never does.
Upon his neck is a strange sequence of birth markings which could easily be mistaken for tattoos. They range from just above the start of his neck, all the way down to his left pectoral muscle. These markings are very rarely seen by others, as they are often disguised by the clothing that Lucian wears.
Personality:

Lucian is someone who is looking to prove himself. This is evident by his strong will and unrelenting determination to succeed, no matter the obstacles he may face. He is confident in his abilities, but understands the importance of hard work and discipline. To him, this is evident by the physique he maintains, which is a commitment to himself. Though he would call himself a natural leader, Lucian has not yet been giving the opportunity to prove it. But he hopes that his recent promotion to genin status within Kumogakure will give him the chance.
His personality is naturally charismatic, smooth, and sometimes inspirational. The latter half of that statement is attributed with his "lead by example" mantra, where he is brave and fearless in the face of danger. Resultantly, Lucian always prioritizes the mission objective and his comrades above his own personal wellbeing. But despite the positive aspects of his personality, he is not without flaws. Because he is young and often immature and comical, Lucian can be impulsive and headstrong. It is important for him to learn to act less on his impulses, and he hopes that a proper mentor will cultivate and mold him into being more mentally disciplined. He also has a tendency to take on too much responsibility and inevitably burn himself out. But of course, Lucian learns from his mistakes and uses them to become a better shinobi.
All in all, Lucian is a complex and multi faceted young man, with a strong sense of duty and desire to earn the respect of his colleagues.
