Backstory:

The zaled gauge technique was unique, and it dug deep into informal means both outside and beyond what was consciously considered rational information. Both improve the capacity of situations one could actively evaluate, That is, for any who learned the technique by hand.

But while some decided that the jutsu was useful, zaled only saw it as a small stepping stone. The unknown was vast, and the gauge was his means to breach that information for himself and all who came to him. He understood how to use his anti-sensory arsenal to throw off targets from his information.

Now taking his countermeasure knowledge into account and know-how, he went back to improve his strong, ready arsenal of gauge by digging into the varied routes of familiarity one may develop as they have used the jutsu.

By adding some of his understanding of ninshu, he made this to enhance gauge to temporary new heights, and with it, new avenues arose. With the gauging technique, he understood the same connection to what and why people would be driven to act, to understand an individual from their core concept. Then use that same information to further action.  

It was simple to apply as his in-depth understanding of his sharingan drove this to manifest as a technique. Why and how information is gathered and perceived with the filtration of chakra, now to tune further the information gathered from chakra and flat observation. Tying ninshu to the mix allowed one to read into the intent and drives behind actions.

Therefore enabling zaled and anyone to connect the dots through this sensory input via ninshu connection and reading the individual, granting the user a mutual understanding behind the intent of the actions in play. This is governed by tying a thought process with a view of the user through the target's perspective as they act.

Appearance: to the naked eye, and With dojutsu, the user's eyes will seemingly have a chakra lense that the lense shares the same color as the user's chakra and Will extend no further than 3 inches from the user's eyes.

When multiple effects are applied, two layers will appear 1 inch apart. While many of the lenses are currently in use, via observing a target, in the back of the user's mind, a flash of the target's intentions and intent behind actions will play like a current live feed of information.

What it does:

This is only usable with the gauge technique and cannot be combined with other sensory jutsu. Users must be pureblood to learn B rank or higher in this jutsu. When used, the user must weave the seals for this jutsu and gauge. This amplifier lasts as long as the gauging technique is active.

Once applied, the gauge technique Will be appropriately enhanced by this jutsu, opening 1 of 3 options available to the user When using and observing targets while the gauge is active. The user on casting this can only choose 1 option per casting of this jutsu. When this is trained up to A rank, and Should the user have mastered Gauge at least once, they can choose a second option to apply at ap cost equal to this jutsu upon casting Gauge With this amplifying it. If a second option is chosen, this will also add this jutsu's ap cost to gauge techniques upkeep.
