Backstory: After mastering his Aquarius Bow technique, Hoori began to create different uses of the bow while he had been using it. After a few successes he was able to create an attack that would allow him to be able to litter the field with arrows.

What it does:

While Aquarius Bow is active, the user can fire 10/20 arrows made of water (arrows have a pointed head 3 inches long, a shaft that is up to 40 inches long, with fletching along the last 4 inches of the shaft) that the user can then fire at will. The user can fire 5/10 (A/S) per post until the topic duration is over or they run out of arrows. Each arrow is capable of utilizing the Hyuga AP Drain (-50/70) for its respective rank but if someone is hit with an arrow it can only apply one instance of AP drain per post. Once the user fires, the arrows lock on to their target and unless the user has a technique that can alter trajectory, the arrows cannot change their course once fired. The arrows themselves travel at jutsu speed, unless of course this technique is used at S rank. As per the parent technique, Aquarius Bow, the arrows will have their speed at Vigor instead of the usual Speed/2+40 but only during the duration of Aquarius Bow.
