What it does:
The user coats their hand in condensed Soulfire for a single blow, transferring the fire onto whatever target it comes into contact with. The target then they may spend 2000 words condensing the soulfire into a location within their body and training the element within that thread. As per the rules for Soulfire the limb or eye that the fire is condensed into looses all function. Additionally when infusing a body with this technique any dojutsu or bloodlines that are not destroyed by the process become infused with soulfire, any effects of that dojutsu or bloodline that correspond with an elemental affinity is shifted to only apply to soulfire instead.

This technique can only be used on a willing individual even then does not force the afflicted individual to take the element if they do not wish to do so, nor does this technique remove or bypass any restrictions to learning the element itself. The player can't use this jutsu on an NPC, and an NPC can't learn it. A player may not use this jutsu with one of their characters on one of their alts

As a B rank Jutsu per the guidelines this must have a power/speed/health to reflect its tier. 50+ is for A up to S. B rank is 30-49. That is the limit. Please correct this to reflect what I have given you.

What is the true purpose of this jutsu. As it’s possess obscure motives. Is this a Jutsu that can harm others? Is it a conversion Jutsu? Though I do see your mention of not being able to be used on an unwilling target, I need for you to clarify if this can be used offensively/supplementally as a means to drain an opposing enemy’s AP (chakra).

Thus it does not maintain its function and destroying their Doujutsu if they have it or limb while being housed there. Please edit to reflect that.

Please remove mastery from this jutsu. It doesn’t seem to make sense to me to have it.

The intention is to allow for the technique to be used offensively if someone wishes to spend a mastery slot doing so. It's not something that i intended to do but as a canon soulfire technique i wanted to give others the option. With that understood i can remove it if its still undesirable.

The ap damage is there both to facilitate the above and to make the elemental transfer more flavourful. Yumei Infusion used to do something similar in v6 which is what inspired that addition. Again I can remove it if needed as long as the intention is clear.

Making the other edits now

If the technique is meant to be used as a means to convert I think it’s best to keep it as simple and sweet as possible. You can remove the Mastery for me. And we should be good. I appreciate you making the before mentioned edits and giving clarification to some that were obscuring.

Do not forget to edit that if a Doujutsu is in play for the housing it loses its function in capability for that specific eye. As well as limb.
